Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist auch Recht modern ausgestattet. Man ist mit dem Taxi in fünf Minuten beim Flughafen Bratislava. Zum Zentrum wäre es etwas weiter. Das Avion shopping center ist quasi gegenüber. Das Hotel ist scheinbar auf Gäste die per Auto anreisen ausgelegt.
