The place seemed to be recently renovated, was very clean. The staff were really helpful and nice. The breakfast was exceptional. The price also couldn't be more reasonable. I can just highly recommend it and will stay definitely next summer there, too.

The hotel is located in a lively neighborhood, lots of fun walking around. Overall it is a very decent hotel, but what really made it stand out for me were the people who work there. When I was already getting desperate to get to bus station on a big holiday when no taxi was coming, hotel manager took me to the bus station himself.

Best thing is it is near the ski lifts. You don’t need a car to reach the lifts. Food is very good. Personnel is doing their best and helpful. Clean, well heated and beds are good… the price compared to other hotels in the area is good…

Erzurum is a place for ski-holiday in Palandoken. The hotel is a 10 minute drive from the ski resort, which is perfect. Erzurum is a very traditional city in the far east of Turkey. There are really extremely nice and friendly people there. The atmosphere is very friendly and gentle.

A city with very many friendly and helpful persons whatever you do, and I felt safe all the time. I stayed only overnight twice in a week, but I will always remember how nice it was meeting other people in Erzerum as well as people on buses and trains. Yes, this goes for people in Turkey as well, way over my expectations

There isn't a lot of the old town and castle left, but what...
There isn't a lot of the old town and castle left, but what is there is worth a visit if you are going for the winter sports or for a walk in the mountains. Or even if you are there for work.
The local kebabs are excellent and there are plenty of good restaurants in the town.
Taxis are plentiful, I didn't see much in terms of public transport.
