I loved that the entrance needs a room key after a certain time. It made me feel very safe. Also the staff were very attentive to our needs. The were also very polite and answered all our questions.

i think Camp spring is not bad , it is dependent on why you traveled to camp spring and if you are mobile or not it was not convenient for us because the venue of the program we went to attend is far from the location of the hotel , so we had to checked out the following day to move to a close by hotel to the venue of the program.

There was no cold water in the shower!

There was no cold water in the shower! Had to run the hot water and take a shower real quick turn the water off and on! Not a good experience! Worst was double booking and having a man come and using our room code and opening it at 11:46 pm when we were fast asleep! Noise from other guests laughing and talking from 12 mn to 3 am! The house rules were quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am! No one followed those rules! I would not recommend this place to any one! It wasn’t worth my money! It was like a night mare!

What a great house this was!

What a great house this was! We appreciated the cleanliness, the hospitality, and the fact that it had everything we needed. The house is very close to a subway station with tons of parking. It was a great fit for our family.

The hotel was A plus in customer Service, cost sufficient , save money for breakfast due to the complimentary breakfast, which is a huge plus. The fitness room was so needed and the pool. The hotel is near the center of malls and restaurants even if you didn’t have a transportation.

I didn't get a good feel for the town but the area is rich...

I didn't get a good feel for the town but the area is rich with history and I'd like to return to explore some of that. Croom Park, where my organization's event was held, was gorgeous and well-maintained.

The beds were very comfortable.

The beds were very comfortable. The lady in the breakfast bar was very, very nice and accommodated. Most of the people that I saw. When we? Were at breakfast. When we got up that morning, I went down to the front desk to let the other lady know.She was light skinned About how that girl was Rude to us

The beds were free of bed bugs but the bedding was questionable based on its appearance. The carpet was soiled with stains. The shower and the sink drains were slow. The noise level didn’t allow for sleep. The towels, wash cloths, sheets and bed coverings were old and dingy. The room smelled of mildew. The tub was dirty. I could never recommend this place. I felt like we came to stay at a hotel and ended up on a camping trip.

You get what you pay for. It wasn’t expensive but 1.

You get what you pay for. It wasn’t expensive but 1. The shower had mildew all over the walls in the grout. 2. The hallways smelled of smoke so strong it was unbearable. 3. The grounds were not kept up. 4. The staff wasn’t very friendly. No smiles or cordial greetings. 5. The fridge froze all of our fruit we put in there. 6. The breakfast was worthless. Bread and a toaster, disgusting super sweet cheap prepackaged Little muffins, and horribly bitter coffee. Had to go out to breakfast each day. However the bed was comfortable, the water was hot and and the air conditioning worked well. Wouldn’t ever stay again.

The staff was knowledgeable and handled the very many football fans/guests really well. No one lost their cool and they were helpful. It would be if if the hotel maybe provided someone who knows more about transportation to the games on game weekends as the staff didn't seem to know too much which was fine as it's not their job. Would be a nice touch and free them up for saying they don't know.

My family and I enjoyed our stay while we were waiting to...

My family and I enjoyed our stay while we were waiting to move to our forever home. The hotel has very nice and full of amenities. It had a beautiful courtyard with a 2 gas grill area, fire pit, and indoor pool. There was plenty of grassy areas for dogs to run and play. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!
