I liked the structure of the common areas, except for the children's pool, which is dirty, has a view of the wall, and has a sad, abandoned atmosphere. In general, the service is poor and they are not friendly with children.

Right along the free way you won’t miss. Customer service is good, room was clean and spacious, got the King. Maintenance guy was helpful because blinds were not working. It was a pleasant stay for a day adventure at the wine country. Will def book here again.

I’m amazed how Napa Valley roads are!

I’m amazed how Napa Valley roads are! Everything was easy to navigate and no complicated roads or traffic! The Napa Valley Wine Train ride we had was amazing! The view was beautiful and so peaceful! The wineries we visited were organized and enjoyed every tour. The food we had at the steakhouse place was delicious! I liked everything about Napa and would recommend it to everyone!

Vallejo is a great bayside town.

Vallejo is a great bayside town. It has a lot of history and cultural offerings. I have never had a bad meal in Vallejo, and I come here at least once a year to hear Music on Mare Island. I like that it is close to the Wine Country, and Benicia. I never hesitate to come over to Vallejo. Did I mention that the weather is Bay Area perfect ? I had a great meal at Elephant Thai !

We love Sonoma. Such beautiful country.

We love Sonoma. Such beautiful country. We love meandering on the roads through gorgeous wine and farming country, dotted with coffee shops, farm stands, excellent restaurants. We spent a day wandering through vintage and antique shops. And of course lots of great wineries to choose from. Our favorite restaurant for breakfast is ThecSunflower Cafe. Our favorite dinner is at Salt and Stone. We truly enjoyed Tosca Tosca, a Portuguese Tapas House. We have to add that all of the waiters, store clerks, and basically everyone we came across were very friendly and polite!!

The Napa area has much to offer for wine-lovers, adventure seekers, and families. There are activities, good restaurants, wine-tasting opportunities everywhere. My only complaint this trip was the construction in process of two huge buildings right downtown, one a hotel, that seem way out of proportion to the lower-rise charm of downtown Napa. Napa has both trendy and old-world charm blended together, and these two modern square high-rises just seem unnecessary and out of character; from what I saw & heard, the existing range of high-end and more moderate hotels and b-n-bs were not near capacity, and this should be a busy time.

Vallejo is not as bad as they say.

Vallejo is not as bad as they say. Lived there for some years and visit regularly enough and I think as long as you are respectful, mind your own business, are aware of your surroundings there's nothing to worry about. Any and all of us can find something we have in common with every single person we come in contact with. This connection is how we see and treat people as the humans we want to be seen and treated as, and this is also how you can keep a target off your back. That and don't be stupid, of course. The minimal amount of street smarts is needed and youll be okay. Vallejo is alright. There's food, shopping, amusement park, community, history and more.

Sonoma is a sweet spot in wine country.

Sonoma is a sweet spot in wine country. Not as crowded as Napa and with a charming city plaza downtown. Great restaurants and some nice shops. Our favorites places to eat are Della Santina's and the Swiss Hotel. Great thrift store finds at the Church Mouse on the plaza. Another favorite is Buena Vista Winery. It is the oldest continuously operating winery in the state and the staff is excellent. It is a beautiful property with so much history, and many great photo op spots. The tour is worth taking too. Getting around is easy if you have a car. The is usually ample free parking behind the north side of the plaza behind the Cheese factory/Swiss Hotel). For the more adventurous plenty of beautiful outdoor hikes or horseback ride through the vineyard.

Vallejo is great... when... yeah.

Vallejo is great... when... yeah. So, Vallejo has it's beautiful spots that are secluded and rare. But, the outside factor is a wild card and one must be vigilant and cautious, especially if not from here. If you are from here, nobody cares either way. There's no good food here, only nice views if you have a car to get there because do not rely on the bus system. It will not support a single parent household at all, you will not survive and will be dependent on whatever is available and their requirements. They try and promote art or culture here, but all you will get is a bunch of modernized hill-billy cross-breeded with the hyphy-type culture with an unknown result that doesn't matter to be documented.

Enjoyed the Sonoma plaza with the shopping, restaurants, wine & spirits tasting. We enjoyed a great mango and avocado salad with chicken at the Swiss Hotel's patio. Great spirits tasting at Prohibition Spirits on a comfy couch and good information about the liquor from staff. Wine tasting at Capo Isetta on the plaza was pretty good with a very good host. Spent our last day soaking up the sun and mineral baths at the Fairmont Mission Inn and Spa, though we spent our two nights at the much more affordable and beautiful El Pueblo Inn.
