Location is convenient to Caddo Lake and Jefferson. Nice central location to explore the area. Don't be worried about noise from the road. With the fan on, I could barely hear the cars. I slept like a baby without earplugs. I brought them just in case, but I did not need them. I felt very comfortable as a woman staying here alone. The owners were nice. New electronics and well-maintained property.

We stayed five nights while visiting family. The cost was very reasonable and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was the same each day: scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt. We appreciated breakfast being included. The shower was great! The cleaning g staff was pleasant and helpful. The location is right off I-20 so convenient and easy to get to.

Booked Texas by mistake and turned up in Michigan they understood our problem and because we were there for a church programme they seem to have e been aware of it they went out of their way to accommodate us. Breakfast was beautiful kids loved the waffles
