I was a little worried because of some of the bad reviews. However, I didn't experience any issues. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh, the full kitchen was stocked with utensils and dishes, and the apartment ended up looking just as the pictures advertised. Checking in and out was also easy. I would absolutely stay there again.

We stay just for one night, but it would have been a comfortable stay for a longer period. We especially liked that there are two full bathrooms and an additional powder room on the second floor. Secured garage is also a plus.

Was in Cleveland for Cleveland Clinic. The best hospital in the world. After Cleveland Clinic we went to the West Side Farmers Market. Every time we are in Cleveland we go there! If you go to Cleveland, BRING COOLERS and plan to spend 3-4 hours at the market! You name it, it's there, all under roof! Meats,seafood,baked goods, cheeses, fruits,vegetables, olives, hot food to eat, coffee, tea, exotic everything from around the world! The finest foods worldwide at competitive prices!

Close proximity to stadium and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame . From the stadium it is a nice walk down Superior Street. A little dirty the 2-3 blocks to 18th street where we stayed. Before that , there are nice neighborhood bars and eateries . There are better places I think than Superior Living Apartments to stay ie Westin and Hampton Inn. I liked the Green Goat restaurant for food but, would go out of my way to eat there d/t suspect/dirty streets in the area.

Nice town, we ubered around into downtown Cleveland to visit Rock and Roll Hall of Fame: Hightly recommend seeing this! Also visited A Christmas Story house: another one I’d recommend! In my last review I stated that the hotel we stayed in was loud but that was because we were near the airport and by the train tracks, it had nothing to do with the hotel inside LOL. Very pleasant experience and hope to return again!

Staff was very friendly. But noticed it was a good place to pick up a lot lizzard if your into that sort of thing. Personally I've gone 58 years without catching a free STD, can't see buying one myself

This town is back!

This town is back! Lots of people enjoying the many wonderful activities downtown has to offer. I definitely recommend folks from other cities spend some time visiting. Even folks from the suburbs should come stay downtown to see how much their own community has to offer.

We came to Cleveland for my cousin's wedding.

We came to Cleveland for my cousin's wedding. We basically ate food and partied Fri, Sat, Sun, and left Monday. Cleveland did not disappoint. So much food and drinking options. I was most impressed by how non-busy it felt. Excellent time. Will go again.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and all of the staff were friendly and always asked if there was anything they could do for you, even just passing by in the hallway. The ladies working at breakfast, Denise and Wanda, were so wonderful and made our experience much better. There is a train nearby and I have to say I was worried at first that the noise would be bothersome, but it was not. If you’re super sensitive to noise, they offer earplugs at check in, but they really weren’t necessary. Great stay, looking forward to staying here again.

Lakewood is a nice little community.

Lakewood is a nice little community. There were a few fast food places and restaurants around. I didn't see many place to stay, but the Emerald Necklace Inn was very hospitable and wonderful. The Public House was lively place for a bite to eat. CVS was close for any last minute things like toothpaste or shampoo. Lucky's Market was close by if you need to fuel up on snacks, too.

Our stay was excellent and very exciting. It was my first visit to Cleveland. I love downtown, lots to visit and enjoy . Due to our short visit we could not visit. We will revisit and will go through every attractions.

The hotel was very run down.

The hotel was very run down. The electrical unit on the fourth floor literally fell through the floor and caught the building on fire. All the guests were evacuated and everything I had their burnt. I would not recommend that hotel to anyone
