The cleanliness, breakfast and shuttle and location. Everything is good.

Everything. From checking in to checking out staff were fantastic and helpful. Clean, comfortable rooms. Facilities were great. Would stay again.

This by far was an amazing hotel! Absolutely spotless and extremely comfortable! I did have makeup stains on my duvet cover but I didn’t use it anyways. Other than that…..it was a perfect night! The bed……omg……like sleeping on a cloud!

I had a problem with booking.com and the reception staff were very helpful in getting me rebooked into the hotel

For being directly across from the airport our room was very quiet.

Was close to airport, had free airport shuttle, beds comfortable, good shower, and nice breakfast

Location is good, very easy to access from the highway but you hear no highway noise which is fantastic. Few restaurants near by which is great also as another option besides eating at the hotel (food there is also good) Hotel has been renovated and updated which is really nice as well. Staff were very friendly

The breakfast was delicious and the waitress was excellent.

Such a characterful property. The tea/ coffee facilities on the ground floor were ideal and our welcome goodies an unexpected delight. Bradley was a warm and welcoming host. Of particular note were the superb breakfasts, best we’ve had anywhere. Each morning Bradley served a freshly baked savoury dish, freshly baked cake, lovely mixed fruit and exceptionally good coffee. We are already plotting our return visit.

Amazingly quirky. Expected to see Nurse Ratchet wander past…..

Our experience at the Residence Inn by Marriott Buffalo Downtown was very comfortable and straightforward. The accommodation was highly satisfactory; the room itself was notably spacious, and the soft bedding ensured a relaxing night's sleep. A major benefit is that a breakfast is included with all booking options, which proves to be an excellent feature, especially considering the lack of readily available restaurants and cafes in the surroundings. For quick supply needs, having a Walmart nearby was also quite convenient. Overall, everything was well-maintained and comfortable, serving its purpose well as a reliable, non-premium option.

Stay and staff was phenomenal. Phil helped us with every request needed. Went above and beyond. Highly recommend the stay. Also the bar attached the hotel is a great plus!

Comfy beds, WiFi worked well, small kitchen with large fridge included which was helpful for us, air-con was just right and not too loud.

The room was spacious, with a separate bedroom. The kitchen was very well equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop. furniture in the living area was comfortable. The hot breakfast was amazing--so many choices! (They even had a taco-making station); scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, real oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, ...

Style and ambiance, the staff were amazing and helpful and the room was great with the spa tub.

Excellent! The variety of foods they had was excellent and hot. The fact you can get coffee anytime. Excellent location to everything. Friendly staff and very helpful. Easy to get to the hotel.
