I liked that this was so close to the airport, had a shuttle service, and had breakfast included. The check in process was quick, rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and the breakfast was delicious and had many filling options.

The property was IMMACULATELY kept!!! Kudos to the housekeeping staff! This was by far one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. I will absolutely be returning.

Terrible hotel - dirty and extremely dated- 1980’s overpriced. The room should be max $60.00. It doesn’t even look like a hotel from the outside. It looks like a condemned building DO NOT STAY HERE

The desk agent who checked me in, Waseem, was very helpful, courteous, kind and genuine. He worked to meet my room requirements with ease — all so pleasantly. Also, the shuttle driver who took me to airport at 6:00 am was cheerful, engaging and kind. She told me when I asked how long she has been on her shift— all night. It was cold and rainy ! And she was so positive and pleasant. I’m sorry I don’t have her name. These employees were great ambassadors for your hotel during my visit. A+

Amherst is a great place to stay.

Amherst is a great place to stay. All of our Buffalo favorites are minutes away, Duffs, Teds, Andersons and Bocce Club pizza. Millersport Hwy, Sheridan Drive and the I-290 are all right there for easy access to surrounding attractions. Highly recommend a trip to North Tonawanda and the Riviera Theatre.

The room was extremely small and the place is run down and dirty. The maid was very pleasant and working hard but overall it needs major updates. Could have paid the same price elsewhere and been much more comfortable. Would not recommend this place ever.

All great. Aldi's close by. Also Top's grocery. Lots of restaurants. Just down the road a bit to Our Lady of Victory Bacilica in Lackawanna and the Botanical Gardens almost across from the OLV Bacilica. Quiet. Safe.

Attempted to EXTORT extra money in the hundreds after reservations were made MONTHS prior to travel date. Reporting to NY State Attorney General for extortion. Very nasty hotel personncalled to cancel and was extremely rude & a terrible representative of Wyndham. Not the first issue we have had with Wyndham recently, will be looking for better more reputable companies.

nice suburb area outside of buffalo, close to the airport, ate at Gianni's On Main- lasagna , fresh cut fries, ranch burger, salad, , food all homemade, good, service was good, pleasant atmosphere, wine and beer was available but we did not have any, takeout service seemed to be very busy while we were there. would recommend as a nice place to eat , seemed a popular place for the locals

Such a progressive city!

Such a progressive city! Lots of revitalization in different neighborhoods. We enjoyed the waterfront downtown, the different smaller neighborhoods and downtown. Seemed safe and everyone was really friendly.

Loved that everything was in close proximity of hotel. Lots of choices and close to airport. We actually had to go to goodwill for an extra suitcase to take home!! We went to Duffs for the best wings!!! We went to anchor Bar for sauce and glasses to take home! Number # 1 spot was Brite-Smith Brewery!! Best craft beer! We also ate at Ballyhoo and Bar Bills!! Both were awesome!! Near by was 42 Brewery north, which was also awesome! Had a blast in all that area!!

Im not fancy so everything i needed was within a 5 minute drive. Target, walmart, Olive garden, Anchor bar, burlington coat factory, mcdonalds, ihop, mall, Tops market etc. Traffic was good, although i do suggest gps if you want yo find something you haven't been to before. Lots of little gems to find but they are hard to find if you dont know what to look for.
