As for roadside hotels, this one has the right to occupy one of the first places. The staff was very polite and understanding in solving the problem that arose with us. They used their resources to the maximum and solved our problem in a limited time, for which we are infinitely grateful to them. Location and Transport

Cleveland Hopkins International is one of the oldest airports in the US, having overseen various aviatic innovations that would eventually become standard, such as the first-ever air traffic control tower. It’s located 9 miles (14 kilometres) southwest of Cleveland’s CBD, and accessible by RTA (Metro) Red Line via Tower City Station. Trains depart every 15 minutes. Alternatively, take a taxi into downtown Cleveland for around USD 26.

Two nights was too long.

Two nights was too long. The bed was remarkably noisy, mattress so soft it hurt my back, the hotel was something like 20% occupied and the room was rented above mine. The second floor creaked all night as I tried to get to sleep. Lastly the face and hand towels were the filthiest I have ever seen and looked like they were permanently soiled from scrubbing the floors

Great spot for an overnight stay if you are traveling.

Great spot for an overnight stay if you are traveling. Very close to the airport and they have a free shuttle! The staff there were super nice! No bells or whistles, but it got the job done and I would probably go back.

We didnt have time to see a lot of Berea but it is well located in the Cleveland area and was very close to the Expo center where we attended a huge cat show. It is about 12 miles south of Cleveland and close to falls, many wooded areas, trails, etc.

I liked the fireworks they had while we were there, we loved lake Erie and to get to spend time at the seaside. We love the weather while there. The food we ate where great. We didn't like the hotel.

His short drive from cleveland middleburg heights has all the amenities that you could ask for in a small suburban town. Plenty of places to eat plenty of places to stay and very close by the airport. It's a place that screams get here.

Our main problem was a stopped-up toilet and lack of soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the dispensers in the shower. We were moved to a new room, which was disruptive and time consuming when we were looking to just rest.

The Mall adjacent to the property appeared run down. The private housing in the immediate vicinity of Extended Stay America appeared to be run down as well. Away from the hotel location the town was in better shape.

The beds were very comfortable.

The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had a variety of choices. The water in the shower was nice and hot.The location and accessibility to the highway,shops, places to eat and to buy gas was excellent. I would definitely stay again. I look forward to the room being updated.

Facility is too industrial.

Facility is too industrial. No carpeting on the floors make for a less than cozy room. Heat/air is too loud and seem to come on more frequent than usual. While the lay out of the room is modern/contemporary it is not practical and usable. Refrigerator is the small countertop model and as such cannot store a reasonable about. Microwave is extra small but usable. The closet does not allow for the hanging of a full length winter coat and is not comfortably accessible. The rollout sleeper couch is hard for sitting. We did not need to use it as a bed. The continental breakfast is an insult. Cheaper motels/hotels provide a more healthy selection. The only hot was the coffee. I wouldn't use this facility again. It is a long way from being a hotel. Surprised and very disappointed at Wyndam.
