The check in staff were friendly and very accommodating. The bellman was exceptionally nice and helpful. The accommodations were extremely nice and comfortable. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was very good. Our server was Larry and we enjoyed him. The hotel is pricey but we enjoyed it. Hope to stay there again sometime.

Fantastic place to stay if you are visiting Stockyards. A simple 7 minute walk, right into the heart of the old stockyard. David was fantastic with communication & was on hand should we need him. David also provided a superb ‘what’s on guide’ really helpful. The home is very authentic & has a real cowboy feel. Although we didn’t really use the facilities as we were here for the World Cup, the house is complete with a lovely outdoor cooking area, an internal bar & fully equipped kitchen. We loved the bedrooms, which were so thoughtfully done. The beds were exceptionally comfy. Thank you David.

I have fallen a little in love with Fort Worth.

I have fallen a little in love with Fort Worth. What a fantastic place it is. Everyone is so friendly and seem so happy. Lots of bars and restaurants to visit. Sundance Square had a great atmosphere on during the football games and on 4 July. We visited Cowtown Rodeo and that was great fun. Definitely recommend doing that. All in all, this is a great place to visit.

I did enjoy my time on this property, it may not be for everyone. The people I met while I was there was really nice people. Yes you will see homeless in the mornings making there way through, they exchange “ good morning” and go about their busines, IHOP is next door and a convenience store. This property was pet friendly with a large pet area, parking lot was cleaned every morning, housekeeping came everyday to see if I needed anything and the gentleman in the office will go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant.

I absolutely did not like anything about this hotel. It is outdated.Everything should be replaced.The room smelt so bad like someone died in it Is drug deals going around you. I would not recommend this place to anyone who has any class. Most horrible place i've ever looked at had to go somewhere else and stay. Do not stay at this place.It is gorgeous.

There is just so much to do here!

There is just so much to do here! We went to the Balloon Museum, The Bubble Museum, Alley Cats, Topgolf, and Airfield Falls just to name a few! I would say that between the Balloon Museum and and the Bubble Museum, the Balloon Museum wins hands down! The bubble Museum seemed to be for smaller children and cheaper, but it was still fun. For older kids and adults the Balloon Museum is it! We wanted to go mural hunting in Deep Ellum, but the weather did not permit it. Airfield falls was a favorite of my son's because you can literally walk down to the waterfalls and get wet (just bring a change of clothes and boots or water shoes). Alley Cats has something for everyone, I recommend getting the "best day ever " pass, so you and the kids can do whatever for an unlimited amount of times! We spent 4 hours here, my son loved it!!

Forest Hill is a small city with very few attractions so to speak , there are plenty of food places all in one area , like traveling in a big circle in order to have things to do venture up a couple miles in fort worth, downtown or the opposite direction hitting exits like Bryant irvin I'd or Overton ridge road for things to do from shopping in the Hulen mall, movies, bowling good eats etc, for a quiet clean place to rest after the outings I would choose forest hill everytime.

I didn't book this room.

I didn't book this room. Something went wrong in my booking process when Booking.com tried to offer a competitive rate. I didn't stay here and the women at Booking.com said she will negotiate the refund of my money. Booking.com took my money - I don't understand why there needs to be any negotiation. I would never have booked this room because I have a dog and this place doesn't allow animals. Very disappointing.

Fort Worth has a really cool vibe to it and is its own authentic place, stock yards always fun, you guys need to work on the homeless problem - they are a little aggressive on main streets down near convention center up to square.

Front desk staff was very rude and disrespectful to me as I checked in, she pre judged me by my appearance. As a result she treated me badly, because I prepaid online, I was told it was I refundable. I was also asked to pay a 30$ holding fee on top of the room charges, which were not confirmed on line.

I love the 24 hour pool, love the no hidden fees or extra hold costs, I love the morning pastry selections (so good), staff was always nice and quick to answer questions. I liked that the hotel was within 30 minutes or less of all our destinations, we ate at texas de brazil, getting around is easy, I mean we still had to use map, but who doesn't these days, we went to Grandscape (ferries wheel, shows, food, and more), we went to WorldSprings (which was awesome because they have an adult only section), we did TopGolf (Tuesdays are 1/2 price). I like this hotel. I like simple and clean and good prices.
