United StatesI am very satisfied with Hampton Inn. I had to check in due to unfavorable circumstances. It was below freezing weather and I had no water at my house due to the water freezing. I could not shower. I could not do dishes. I could not go to the bathroom. The weather made my life very uncomfortable. Hampton Inn is right around the corner from my house, so it's close and I could go home and check on my dogs. Also, I was very pleased to find out that Hampton Inn has washer and dryer access to the customers. I was able to bring my scrubs to the hotel and get them washed so I had fresh scrubs to wear to work. Hampton Inn had a very nice hot breakfast with several choices. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I appreciate it. The fact that the shampoo and conditioner was phosphate-free and sulfate free parafan-free. That may seem like a really small detail, but it really isn't. That detail shows me that Hampton Inn does pay attention to the customer's needs. My overall stay at Hampton Inn was a very positive experience. I am grateful!

AustraliaThe staff were friendly always asking if we were ok. The room was spacious and clean and it was amazing to have breakfast and kick back at night included with our stay. It was also walking distance to the stadium which was great for us as we attended a game.

BrazilThe most friendly and efficient team ever. Can't say enough about Destiny, Cyndia and Shannon. Destiny checked us in and was very informative, Cyndia worked out a very confusing set of check-ins (our fault), and on the next day, worked out some early check-ins which really made our day.
Shannon helped us out with massive luggage storage and very important late check-outs that were also extremely helpful. The best team! Room was spacious and clean, had all the necessary amenities and appliances, huge ironing board and iron, powerful hair dryer. Wi-Fi was not at all clunky and everything else was great.

There is just so much to do here!
There is just so much to do here! We went to the Balloon Museum, The Bubble Museum, Alley Cats, Topgolf, and Airfield Falls just to name a few! I would say that between the Balloon Museum and and the Bubble Museum, the Balloon Museum wins hands down! The bubble Museum seemed to be for smaller children and cheaper, but it was still fun. For older kids and adults the Balloon Museum is it! We wanted to go mural hunting in Deep Ellum, but the weather did not permit it. Airfield falls was a favorite of my son's because you can literally walk down to the waterfalls and get wet (just bring a change of clothes and boots or water shoes). Alley Cats has something for everyone, I recommend getting the "best day ever " pass, so you and the kids can do whatever for an unlimited amount of times! We spent 4 hours here, my son loved it!!

I love the 24 hour pool, love the no hidden fees or extra hold costs, I love the morning pastry selections (so good), staff was always nice and quick to answer questions. I liked that the hotel was within 30 minutes or less of all our destinations, we ate at texas de brazil, getting around is easy, I mean we still had to use map, but who doesn't these days, we went to Grandscape (ferries wheel, shows, food, and more), we went to WorldSprings (which was awesome because they have an adult only section), we did TopGolf (Tuesdays are 1/2 price). I like this hotel. I like simple and clean and good prices.

Good overall except for the construction mess all around. Not the property's fault but pictures are deceiving. A few good food options close by as well and the indoor pool was a plus since we stayed on a rainy weekend!

It was located between my friends home and my doctor. It is close to activities in Fort Worth and there are good places to shop. The holels are less expensive than those in Fort Worth and if you know the traffic patterns it is easy to get around the DFW metroplex.

Probably the friendliest hotel staff I've ever encountered. Everyone, from front desk to breakfast staff to housekeeping, was exceptionally cheerful, kind, and helpful. That makes me think that management is doing an awesome job of hiring and making it a good place to work.
