The room was in excellent in location, near the airport. Bed was comfortable, very clean & excellent linens. Coffeemaker had plenty of coffee pouches. I can't say enough about the quality of the hotel ..very pleased!! Will stay here again !

My wife and I love that place. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, from checkin to bartender to van drivers. It’s also an inexpensive place to leave your car when flying out of Hobby.

The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. L'Mae is awesome on the 3pm shift. The gentleman at the front desk on my departure day was awesome as well. Also the gentleman who took me to the airport was so nice. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Definitely will be back!!

Very interesting shaped building.

Very interesting shaped building. The lobby was okay but once we entered the elevator it was apparent the hotel was not kept up and extremely dirty. The panel wall in the elevator literally was pulling away from the wall as we rode to the 5th floor. Once we arrived on our floor, we noticed a unpleasant smell. This was accompanied by lightning you would see in a horror movie. We continued to our room in hopes that would be better. Once in the room, the smell continued. The walls and floor seemed to have a coating of dirt, that made a person feel uncomfortable and grungy. I checked the bed for any kind of bedbugs and was relieved to not find any. My husband took a shower, he said the water pressure was not great and the only temperature was hot. The bed wasn't too uncomfortable but the pillows were cheap and flat. We had to sleep with the covers off because the air conditioning would not keep the room below 73° even

I really love Pearland. It's a quiet, friendly town.

I really love Pearland. It's a quiet, friendly town. It is a great place for families. Tom Bass park is very close for outdoorsy folks. No real "nightlife" if that's what you're looking for. However, it's a hop, skip and a jump from downtown Houston.

I really liked Houston.

I really liked Houston. The city was surprisingly clean, at least in the areas we visited, especially downtown. The streets downtown can feel pretty empty, although we noticed that a lot of people get around through the underground tunnels. The heat was on another level this time of year. I’m not used to that kind of heat, and it definitely got to me during the first couple of days. I’d definitely recommend renting a car. Houston is very spread out, and the distances between attractions can be pretty long. Downtown has several places to eat, especially food-court-style options, but most places close around 10 or 11 p.m. Since we arrived late, we didn’t have many options that first night, and we couldn’t even find a fast-food place nearby. Because everything is so spread out, travel time adds up quickly, making it harder to fit in all the places you want to see while still leaving time for things like shopping for souvenirs.

We only stayed in Deer Park for a more reasonable priced...

We only stayed in Deer Park for a more reasonable priced hotel. Our trip was actually in Galveston Tx. We took our family to Schlitterbahn & had a great time! Great weather, hot 🥵 but great. Thank God for the constant breeze all day 🌬💨 We ate at Golden Coral and we also went to the beach 🏖

No shower seat was made available and we are both Sr and...

No shower seat was made available and we are both Sr and handicapped. So we had to wash up as we were afraid to fall. LaQuinta had built in shower seats in the handicapped rooms and were on lower level. We asked for handicapped room and they sent us to 3rd floor. No matter...we loved our stay❤️❤️❤️

The breakfast sucks, I stayed for 5 days and the breakfast...

The breakfast sucks, I stayed for 5 days and the breakfast was the same every day, I asked why and I was told that is the only thing they serve by the managements orders. On the last 2 days we went to eat outside the hotel because the there were no changes on the B-fast hours. No beacon, no real eggs, no boiling eggs or anything like that!!!

I didn’t like front desk service at check in, the pillows on bed, separated seating arrangement for breakfast. Please have front desk locate the TV guide on remote. The room was clean and entire area in room.

Very friendly staff. Great location.

Very friendly staff. Great location. Nice pet area to walk dogs. Bathroom was clean. What I didn’t like is that the carpet was dirty. Also with the price of the room a free breakfast would have been nice. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

We're from the DFW area and I just knew the people in...

We're from the DFW area and I just knew the people in Houston couldn't be as nice, or nicer, than the people in our area...but they truly were. Everyone was very warm and friendly. Lot's of culture and plenty of good places to eat/drink/watch the game. Truly enjoyable experience!

We exclusively book hotels in Webster for our pre-cruise...

We exclusively book hotels in Webster for our pre-cruise overnight stays. Many hotels are NOT next to the freeway and in quiet locations. There are a plethora of restaurants on either side of I-45 and tons of shopping. I find it a very safe and pretty area. It takes less than 30 minutes from Webster to the cruise ship terminal. If I-45 has major construction resulting in lane closures, there is a longer, alternative route from Webster that will take you most of the way to Galveston.

Our stay was short but extremely comfortable. The hotel was clean and smelled good. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was yummy, they had a little bit of everything. Definitely recommend if you want a good night sleep before flying out. Short drive to the William P. Hobby Airport.
