This is a small but comfortable apartment located in a second floor of a house in East Elmhurst.
It is conveniently located close to La Guardia Airport. We used Lyft and it was a $16.00 fare from LGA to the apartment.
We were lucky enough to meet the hostess, she was very friendly and we got great suggestions for restaurants around the area and in Astoria, which is not too far from East Elmhurst.
She left some goodies for us in the kitchen.
The bedrooms are roomy and the beds are comfortable.
The bathroom was well supplied with towels and toiletries.
The small living room has a sofa that converts to a full size bed, made more comfortable by adding a thick foam pad and bedding’s.
We had a great time in New York and we had a very comfortable stay at this apartment.
We highly recommend this hostess, she responded quickly to all of our calls or text.

Our flight was canceled from LaGuardia airport. We needed to book a hotel for the night and everything was so expensive or bad ratings. Voco Fiorello- was highly rated, very reasonable price. When we called the staff was so supportive and said they would send a free shuttle to pick us up , that was a very nice surprise. When we arrived the staff were so helpful there are restaurants onsite. The food at the roof top restaurant was delicious and great views of the city. The Rooms were very clean. There even was a shuttle available 4 am. It’s every hour to and from the airport. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice neighbourhood - not too far away from Manhattan, very accessible by public transportation, a lot of great food options. I also found it pretty clean and safe, except for Roosevelt Ave, than runs under the subway line.

Just keep in mind that this area has a lot of factories and at night is very very dark. I grew up in New York City and I did not realize that area is in Queens could be this dark. And the streets are very narrow if you are driving literally two-way streets should really be a one-way Street.

I felt safe in this hotel.
I felt safe in this hotel. Very quiet and just a walking distance to all these restaurants and stores. I was very impressed that it’s very clean and had no issues with noise. Stay here. You’re near the airport, shopping areas and it feels like you are in Egypt.

Hotel had parking available, clean towels were provided daily and refill of water bottles. Subway is rite behind the hotel and local shops does lovely food too. DK pub offers 10% discount on food and drinks if stay in at LIC. Dunkin’ donuts just by the subway does excellent meal deals.
Taxi will cost only $20 max from City to the hotel else subway runs till late night.

Jackson Heights is a wonderful area of Queens.
Jackson Heights is a wonderful area of Queens. Family area with many wonderful parks and interesting streets. The population is quite diverse and friendly. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the area that make shopping convenient. Safe neighborhood.

This place was dirty and the sheets were not clean, the fire alarm was not installed correctly and was not even activated, fire hazard. Room had trash on the floor underneath the bed so you know they don't clean thoroughly. The neighborhood is loud as heck at night even 2 am, which is not their fault but there wasnt any curtains to dampen the sound. Im sure that soundproofing was not even on their mind making the hotel.

Lot of great restaurants and places to hang out at, as well as great views of Manhattan and Brooklyn along the water. I also liked that there was a lot of accessible public transportation in order to navigate around New York City.

Spotless clean, close to LaGuardia Airport, everything appeared brand new. Bed pillows and sheets fresh crisp and clean. Could see Manhattan out the window. Neat Morrican Neighborhood with little cafes restaurants and food carts.
