The staff was fantastic. Unfortunately, I don't recall anyone's name, but the gentleman who checked me in was friendly, helpful, and professional. Another staff member greeted me with a slice of Chocolate Banana swirl loaf cake. Coffee was available in the lobby 24/7 and it was superb! The shower felt like I was in my own home. I loved it!
