The staff during day and evening/overnight are well trained, easygoing, proactive hospitality professionals that all seem to be genuinely nice people to begin with. 8 minutes or less has you handing you badge to the guard at Robins AFB. And sleeping any time of the day or night was no problem.

The customer service was top-notch! They were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. My room was very nice; a very comfortable king size bed, a sitting area to watch TV, a mini refrigerator to keep my water cold. There was a microwave located next to the ice machine. There were multiple outlets to charge my devices. There were even charging ports on the armrest of my sofa which I appreciated. The closet had lots of hangers & 2 racks to store my clothes. (a pet peeve of mine is a hotel that doesn’t have lots of hangers or storage space.) I would definitely stay here again!

We looked for an affordable room to stop for the night that was close to Atlanta and didn’t have their prices. Byron is about an hour and 15 minutes outside of downtown Atlanta just off I-75. Perfect for what we needed. Went to the World of Coca-Cola in Atlanta next day. There was a Kroger close by where we did some grocery shopping and stopped to have supper at Olive Garden too.

The non smoking room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. The tv remotes didn’t work and staff refused to guide me by not returning a phone call from the desk. The “manager” in the am was making out with her boyfriend in a chair in the lobby when I went to the desk to address the issues of my check in the night before. I was laughed at when I spotlighted the cigarette smoke smell. Never ever again

Byron, Ga. is a nice little town. It's close to many interesting attractions and the choice of restaurants is very good. There are a few places to shop and many others close by. The Peach Outlet mall was very nice with a good selection of shops.

Air did not work at first and l was already frustrated because they told me l did not have a reservation and l had my confirmation from booking on my phone. I had to pay at the hotel for another room because l was too tired to drive anymore. Plus l paid a higher rate...so l will never this chain again. They are a rip off. The clerk told me they had been having trouble with booking.com l think it was all a scam

The breakfast was very good and the wait staff for breakfast was helpful.
The clerk at the front desk was not welcoming and seemed to be bothered to have to accommodate us and/or answer questions. She was eating snacks and did not stop eating when we were checking in. Our key was incorrectly keyed and did not open or door. When we told the same clerk, she glared at us and appeared to be bothered that she had to re-key our room key. There was no apology or thank you or any type of normal manners expressed to us.

It depends on what part of macon. some of macon ga is run down thsts why i chose riverside. but i was wrong. the place looked and felt like a room. that trashy people come just to have sex and leave we wind up staying at the Holiday inn right below them. it was very very vlean up to dste no stained carpet no bad smell. it felt like home awsy from.home.
