A bed for thr night in a nice hotel. If tue circumstances were different we would have enjoyed. We were traveling from Texas to Minnesota as fast as we could . My kids dad passed.

The breakfast was. outstanding.

The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. Rooms are cleaned every other day unless requested otherwise. The location was great, near stores and restaurants.

They have a great happy hour with lots of food and drink options. Staff is so very nice. Pool was fun.

Location. Extremely professional, courteous and friendly staff. Massive clean and comfortable bedding and rooms. Shower pressure great. Views great. 24 hour check in handy when you come in at midnight from a delayed train. Art deco impressive. Restaurant and bar attached to hotel delicious. Love the cocktails. Totally safe to stay here for a solo traveller. Up the road from Australian Bakery of you need a fix of vegemite and meat pies.

New hotel, the mattress was firm and big, we loved it. Spacious bathroom shower. Super big TV for the room hahaha. There is a Conair steamer for your clothes, this was really cool. The mini fridge was also very handy! The location is really ideal, walking distance to the power and light district (including TMobile center).

My six-nights stay at the Holiday Inn Express Kansas City Downtown was a pleasant and comfortable experience. One small perk that made the stay even more enjoyable was the availability of complimentary coffee throughout the day, perfect for guests working or relaxing in the lounge. The hotel’s central location was another major advantage, with the Kansas City Convention Centre just about six blocks away, making it an easy ten-minute walk. The rooms were clean, quiet, and well-maintained, contributing to a restful stay after long conference sessions. Overall, the combination of excellent service, convenient amenities, and easy access to key venues made the stay highly satisfying and worth recommending.

The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and well-appointed, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. Breakfast options were good and the pool was also great for a refreshing swim. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.

Initially the employee seemed really rude, and we were a litttle taken aback, but she ended up being quite helpful! The beds were decent and comfy enough!
