It was perfect for our trip we wanted to be close to the power and light district and it was only maybe six seven minutes walk super nice we absolutely loved it! Everything was super super clean and they welcomed our little dog with no problem.

Kansas is nice, I like how it has a lot of hills. Its not big but not small either. Hopefully next time I can stay longer to tour. I was there for a church event at the Hy-Vee Arena and did not stay long to tour

Our first time visiting Kansas city, it was a very enjoyable experience, wonderful BBQ, friendly people and so much to do we didn't have enough time to do or see it all. We'll be back , would love to visit in,the spring or summer.

Gladstone is such a cute community with beautiful homes and a variety of shops nearby. Lots of places to eat and beautiful nature areas to explore. People are incredibly friendly and there are lots of family-friendly options for restaurants and shops in the area. It’s also a great area to stay in for couples, as it has a lot of great spots for couples to connect and enjoy. It’s also not too far from downtown and other suburbs in KC. It is truly a foodies dream!

Hi you have us in room 206. There are bugs on the floor and walls and ceiling. Looks like it is cockroachs. Please come and spray before we get carried away. No one showed up to spray for bugs. We slept with a light on as the roaches did not run around much

Loved the house and the location.

Loved the house and the location. It was perfect for our family of 3 adults and 5 children. Close to all family-friendly activities in the Kansas City area, Lots of extra touches in the home made it very comfortable and welcoming, Host was responsive and easy to work with the whole trip.

My first visit to Kansas City Missouri, on short notice for Labor Day weekend. It was pleasant enough, and would visit again. If anything, the public transit needs improvement. But decent nightlife and fairly scenic overall. I visited Aura KC.

I was on a business trip, so I didn't have much time to explore the city. However, it's clear that it's a nice place, with good restaurants and pubs. There's a great brewery called Boulevard with a nice pub on site, and several other pubs throughout the town.

The location was great and had a Denny's next door. It was very convenient since we got back late from a concert. Breakfast was better then expected. The pool and hot tub were wonderful for relaxing. Will definitely go back.

The rate we were given was not the rate quoted by booking.com for the second night. There was no effort by staff to correct the problem. The children running up and down the stairs and halls sounded like a herd of elephants. We would not recommend this property.

I spoke with the hotel today 09/15/2023 which was very disappointing. Very professional but everything was blaimed on a 3rd party booking. I used booking.com to place the reservation but it is quite different when you arrive. There should never be any confusion when booking and getting to the hotel. If this is how it works I will never use this service again. I should feel comfortable that the line of communication between 3rd party providers and the hotel are crystal clear since the 3rd party providers at that point are representing the hotel. And I will never stay at a IHG property again when something could be blamed on a 3rd party provider instead of the property itself just presents problems for me. My money is important to me and I felt like my problem to IHG WASN'T THEIR PROBLEM. Very unprofessional!!!
