The view of my room was very nice, however, I had stayed here before and remembered the view very different, I think they have remodeled the rooms after the pandemic which it is very good. Good stuff, very good attention. I will definitely be back

Really fantastic suite. Couldn't really ask for more. Views from the room are really great overlooking Biscayne bay. Really spacious and comfortable and staff very helpful. Valet parking was fine. Definitely a place I will return to when back in Miami.

Very modern, convenient unit. Tiny space, but this was expected based on photos, so I was completely happy with it. Everything needed was in place, like the storage for valuables, and the tiny fridge was very cool :) The bed was very comfortable, and the unit was VERY clean. I liked the ambiance lighting and all this stuff for light, temperature, shade curtains control from the iPads. Very comfortable shower with a handheld showerhead, and good temperature control. Shower cosmetics with nice scents without single-use plastic. I like, that they made a switcher near the entryway, that closes the blackout curtans, turns off the light etc, so you can switch off everything before going out with one switcher. Stylish and convenient lobby with many nooks for those who need to have more privacy to take a call without a noisy background. And the lobby bar works pretty late, so that was great, to get a late-night drink or even coffee.

Honestly, this property should not be advertised as a hotel...

Honestly, this property should not be advertised as a hotel on Booking.com. The experience was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. It felt more like staying on a permanently docked cruise ship than in an actual hotel. The overall concept attempts to present itself as “modern,” but unfortunately this translates into very cheap-looking décor and an impersonal level of service. Guests are essentially expected to handle everything themselves—from check-in and check-out to practically serving themselves during breakfast. The breakfast experience was poor, and the drinks were outrageously overpriced while lacking any real quality. The room itself was incredibly small, even smaller than many cruise ship cabins, and certainly not worth the amount charged. In addition, there is no proper motor lobby, making luggage drop-off unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient. The property also advertises parking on Booking.com, but in reality it is simply access to a paid public parking lot, which feels misleading. After paying for a room upgrade and a total of $335.99 through Booking.com, I was surprised with an additional charge of $40.11 at the end of my stay that had not been clearly disclosed or agreed upon. Overall, this was a very poor experience and far below expectations. I would not recommend this property. It is difficult to understand how a hotel experience of this standard can exist in a country known for hospitality and comfort.

The location of South beach is superb.

The location of South beach is superb. Public transport is really easy to use, is cheap (generally $2.25 per trip). Try the tourist bus trip (approx.£50 for 2 days, including boat trip)around Miami and get to take in all the sites with some guided tour information., its hop on/hop off. The boat trip, lasting 1.5hrs is great too around all the small islands Only takes 20-25mins from South beach across the causeway to downtown. The Mexican & cuban restaurants are super, there's such a mix of food. Try & take in some traditional American sport. We booked a baseball game (Miami Marlins) one evening......Super

Adventura was a very nice area with great shopping, restaurants. Our main reason for choosing North Miami was we were purchasing a new car and the hotel was convenient to many dealers. But the area has a lot to offer.

A nice and quiet section of Miami Beach.

A nice and quiet section of Miami Beach. It’s far away from all the action, which makes it relaxing and secluded while still being an easy drive to get to all the main Miami Beach attractions. The town over, Surfside, plenty of restaurants and shopping. Being close to Haulover Beach was a huge plus because it was the nicest beach we visited in the area.

Florida have some of the best highways I’ve experienced anywhere for a long time. Unfortunately, the maniacs who drive those roads forget common courtesy for those who isn’t as familiar as they are.. 80 mph in the right lane, please give me a break and I’m used to drive in on the Audubond.

The city is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment for residents and visitors alike. There are numerous activities to engage in and attractions to explore, making it a vibrant destination. The shopping scene was truly remarkable, offering a wide variety of stores and unique boutiques, each with an impressive selection of products. From local crafts to high-end fashion, there was something for everyone, making the shopping experience an unforgettable part of my visit.

I’ve known Miami my whole life and watched it change many times. At the moment it’s currently undergoing a major renovation with many of the anchor hotels on Collins under construction. This is obviously temporary but does detract from the vibe. The beaches are stunning and there are amazing places to eat at all price points. I will always go back. Miami is a special place.

THE HOTEL IS NASTY.

THE HOTEL IS NASTY. THE FRONT AREA, THE ELEVATOR, THE HALLWAY AND THE BEDROOM AND BATHROOM. THERE WAS ALSO SOMEONE BANGING ON MY DOOR AT 1:20 AM IN THE MORNING AND TRYING TO USE THEIR KEY TO GET IN MY ROOM. I CALLED THE FRONT DESK WHICH TOOK AWHILE TO ANSWER AND TOLD THEM THAT SOMEONE IS TRYING TO GET IN MY ROOM, A SHORT TIME LATER A FEMALE SECURITY WHO HARDLY COULD GET OUT HER OWN WAY CAME TO THE DOOR AND I TOLD HER WHAT HAD HAPPEN AND SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T SEE ANYONE BUT THEY WOULD CHECK THE CAMERA. I ALSO TOLD HER THAT I COULD NOT SLEEP. THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. I LEFT THE NEXT MORNING.

Miami is big!

Miami is big! I recommend a tour bus to see the major sites, although otherwise the bus will get you where you want to go. Walking on Ocean Drive and Little Havana were great for people watching, I thought the prices on the Drive weren't too ridiculous. If I'd had an extra day I would have taken the day trip the the Bahamas. Wynwood as an area is improving but there is a homeless shelter and a few dodgy dudes hanging around - maybe don't go at night by yourself.

In Miami beach it's all about the location.

In Miami beach it's all about the location. The Clifton perfect and discreet location , is one block from the beach and if you come by car it near a public parking garage. Mauricio the manager facilitated all the towels, water and you are ready to go. Three blocks away from Espanolita way, perfect for brunch and dinner. To the other side three blocks to Lincoln road where you find boutiques outside and not always a mall, lovely when the sun comes down. At morning you can take the best run by Ocean Drive at the beach enjoy the sunrise and come back for a gourmet breakfast at the legendary dinner restaurant on 11th str. and collins . The hotel is like coming home, rooms are surprisingly quiet although it’s so near the night action, there are spacious and clean at demand only, which is nicer than everyday a nock at the door for housekeeping. Thank you very much it was a nice surprise .
