The staff that I met have been really nice place is really clean it's good for the money prices aren't too high off season the two girls in the morning I don't know their names but they are very sweet and kind i stay here every time we come to town

The room was exceptionally clean and smelled great not at all "industrial" The location of this property could not have been better. Continental breakfast had far more than I expected. Check-in and out was seamless and the price was a great value.

Montrose is a gateway to the famous Black Canyon and the spectacular San Juan Mountain range. All very scenic. Montrose has several grocery stores, a Walmart and a Home Depot, so between all one should be able to get anything else they might need. Two EV charging stations in town.

This property needs a fire and health inspection. Smoke alarms are old and yellowed and in one room it was hanging from the ceiling. Air conditioner was full of dust, dog hair every where, holes in the walls. Dirty linens. Outside area smelled like urine. Flop house status!!

There are two things I particularly recommend for Montrose.
There are two things I particularly recommend for Montrose. The Montrose Donut and Deli. And The Cabin Restaurant. Montrose Donut Makes a particularly good donut. The cake is perfectly crispy on the outside light and moist on the inside. The glazed raised was the best working out of that simple classic I have had in years.
The Cabin is a great place for breakfast, the portions are ample. and everything was exactly as I asked for it. The bacon stands out for me. Perfectly crispy and unusually uniformly cooked. Also surprisingly big slices of bacon. The hash browns were my idea of perfection Crispy on the outside and some tender less well done potatoes on the inside. The eggs were fine.
