The location was close to the hospital.The room was comfortable,clean,had everything we needed.The ice machine,vending machine,
microwave,refrigerator and hairdryer all worked.We didn't have breakfast there because we needed to be at the hospital before 6:30 am
and my husband could not eat or drink anything after midnight.

The room was very clean and smelled good. The nice lady at the front.....wish I got her name but she was AWESOME! I could not have gotten better customer service if she taught the class on customer service. She was on it and wonderful to interact with.

Even though the hotel is going through renovations, it does not affect your stay! Hotel was clean, quiet, and everyone was super nice! Very convenient to the hospital. Dee Dee was soo generous down at the breakfast area as well. My son adored her!
Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Ash, the manager of this Super 8, is very helpful. When my plans had changed from checking in on Monday, September 11th but found I needed to postpone that a week, I did contact him and he worked it out. I so much appreciate what he did, that I extended my stay and plan to check out this coming Saturday, November 23rd.
Anytime that I travel to Greenville in the future, I plan to stay here.

I wouldn't consider Greenville a tourist destination; however, it is home to East Carolina University and there is a large medical facility in town that draws people from around the area. The area surrounding the university and Convention Center is well developed; the area surrounding the hospital is a little less desirable.

Desk clerk was nice.
Desk clerk was nice. Our bed has been made as if clean but when I pulled back the cover, the sheets disgusting...looked to have pubic hair throughout. The desk clerk was alone so no one was available to change the sheets and we had to do it. The bathroom door casing was not secure and moved when trying to shut the bathroom door. The room was clean otherwise. Breakfast was good and area was clean.

After he was released we had a fun late breakfast at Dennys. We have also enjoyed the Angus Grill fr lunch times their food is very good.

My family is from Greenville so we were visiting family and wanted our own privacy and I thought it was very reasonable because the hotel pricing is ridiculous and I even get points from Marriot and it’s still expensive. I definitely recommend it. Sam Jones barbecue is excellent and we went to a seafood restaurant called Mayflower. It was delicious. They have a lot of events such as the Collard Green festival coming up in August.

I had a daughter who received her Doctorate. It was a once-in-a-lifetime event, but the hotel price per night was too high., gouging. I recommend to stay away from the hotels in town, an try VRBO or AirBnB
