Located 3 miles from the Reno Sparks Convention Center, this hotel offers a restaurant. Free parking for cars, trucks and RVs is provided. Staff was extremely friendly, from the front desk to the waitress to maintenance. Our room was spacious, quiet and clean. We were able to check in way ahead of time, maintenance helped us with cleaning supplies, as we made quite a mess coming back from Burning Man. However, they assured us that they don't mind. The waitress and waiter who ran the bar alone were stellar. Considering that the hotel was severely understaffed, the spirit and motivation of staff were extraordinary.

This hotel serves a daily continental breakfast. All guest rooms include free WiFi. An outdoor pool is available. The front desk staff was awesome. Kind and thoughtful, and had lots of jokes. They really made it great.

It's a very modern building with excellent amenities (the gym is one of the better condo gyms I've seen, and there's an outdoor pool and jacuzzi as well, along with game rooms). Check-in was seamless, and if we did run into any questions or concerns, their support team is very responsive and easy to get in touch with. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location is top as well, right off Virginia.
