It was very clean and the staff was exceptional

My friend and I were very impressed with the cleanliness and friendly people at the front desk and also the bar area..we will definitely be coming back next time we meet in the area.

Service was great, we were assigned a room that has a leak in the ceiling and the staff behaved very kindly to change us to a better room. Location was ok.

Hotel, staff, room, facilities, location. Everything was perfect. Even the 9 bucks for parking was reasonable. Bed was super comfy and the shower was excellent. Bang in the middle of downtown Roanoke so close to everything. Staff were incredibly nice. Hotel itself was very classy, very unique. I highly recommend the transport museum round the corner if you're into that kind of thing. I could have stayed there all day.

The filthiest hotel room I have been in, floor was un vacuumed and completely soaked in stains. All visible surfaces were covered in dirt and grime, it had clearly not been cleaned in a long time. The bath and toilet were uncleaned, shampoo and conditioner were not provided. Their was nothing I liked other then leaving.

Love the look and cleanliness of the hotel overall. Great lobby with bar/restaurant with convenience store style market. Room was spacious, very clean, with a small kitchenette that had all the utensils, cups etc.

Very kind and helpful personel, the lady at front desk helped us with a minor inconvenience (TV remote didn't work). She came in our room and make sure everything was in order

For the price you pay, Country Inn is excellent value. I have stayed in places for double the price that were not as good. Room was clean and a good size, beds were comfortable, and all the amenities you expect from a hotel stay were there. In addition, the free breakfast was actually very good with a decent variety. Location was very convenient - right near the main road, and there is plenty of parking spots. The staff were very friendly - Special mention to Latricia who checked us in at midnight. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Country Inn and would highly recommend
