I had a late cancellation on my connecting flight so luckily they accepted my booking especially for how late at night it was. Check in was quick and easy so it wasn't a hassle and I was able to get a shower and go straight to bed with no problems.

Also known as Sea-Tac, this international airport sits between the cities of Seattle and Tacoma. The Link Light Rail service provides connections to downtown Seattle which take approximately 40 minutes. Depending on the time of day, you may have to wait up to 15 minutes for the next service. If you’re heading to Tacoma, hop on a Sound Transit Route 574 bus – the journey takes around 45 minutes.

Our trip was short and mostly aimed to relax in the hotel from out busy life in Canada, We got it in our Best Western hotel. Also we have visited Seattle and Art museum - we were lucky to get there with no charge, free admission. It was amazing to see art masterpieces from different centures including 7 bc. Also we walked through the market and beautiful sea bank with spectacular view and live music nearby! Driving was not hectic as in Toronto, and all people were nice, friendly and polite! We love Seattle and Tacoma! Tips for travellers - if you need to park your car it is better to find the available city parking, actually conveniently located, and with rate just $6 per hour than to park at your own risk on private parking with rate $24 per hour. Also do not believe car rent or other sellers who insist you should buy the pass for toll roads because every time you will pay $49 to access it. Not True! - charge is just 3-5 dollars for one time, google it, also there are other roads with no charge. Be critical thinking.

.and they exchanged my sheets and towels with no issue..the lady reminded me of my aunt
And she was nice and the gentleman which I assume is her husband was very polite..they are a hard working couple and very family oriented..id stay there again ..the parking lot was very clean and they are very observant of who comes in and out of the parking lot at night and throughout the day..

when we checked in we got two queen beds instead of one King...
when we checked in we got two queen beds instead of one King what i booked, the sheets on the bed were so hard and smelled like detergent, I have put on the reservation that we will be checking in late. what's the point of reserving a king bed if you don't hold it for us. when called front desk they lady said we gave it away and it's all they had. breakfast in the morning was terrible we got there at 8 am and they ran out of everything.

I would not recommend getting after midnight, you will have to wait until 4am, the staff is not very friendly. If you ask for nonsmoking room, you still get a smoking room. Smoking odors were very strong.
The free breakfast is a joke, we couldn’t even get hot water.
Only thing good about this place was the location.

It is very good for shopping. If you are on a layover or passing through Tukwila is awesome because it has every store and restaurant possible. Great for kids, movie theaters , malls, food courts etc.

Very convenient location to head north to Seattle or south to Puyallup. Restaurants within walking distance were good. Farmers Market was fun. FREE parking at the motel. If you want to use public transportation, there is a free parking lot at the closest station (about 5-10 minutes away).

the space of the room was awesome, the bed is so comfy even the sofa bed. we had our own kitchen and it was just the best room, the walk from Hyatt was just 8 minutes away and it was great because thats where my daughter went for her dance competition, the walk there is awesome with the view of the water my goodness it was just nice. It's also near the Restaurants and you have a lot choose from, korean, chinese, american, japanese, mexican and it's just 5-10 minutes away from the hotel and you don't need to pay for parking because it's a 2 hour free parking. love love this place.

Staff was great. They have no pool/hot tub even though it is advertised they do. They also no longer serve breakfast even though that is also advertised. Decent price but still not worth it to stay there again.
