The room was comfortable including the bed. The pillows were thin as others have stated. The staff were kind, considerate and especially at breakfast were really attentive. The location suited our needs and our room was very quiet.

One of the best Hampton Inn's in my experience. The hotel seems to be somewhat new, and it's really beautiful, with plenty of flowers in the entrance.
Easy to park, located a bit away from the city center yet close to a large shopping area.
The jacuzzi was perfect!
Breakfast is the standard (and good) Hampton Inn style.
Would love to spend some more days there.

Very romantic inn in a very romantic place. We were a bit worried about noise because of the nearby road, but it has been disguised quite successfully. The grounds were so beautiful and well maintained, the pool area was delightful, and in general it was a relaxing and peaceful stay. Staff was fabulous!

There was so much to see and do around town, highly recommend visiting the Charles M Schultz museum, there was so much we learned about him and his contributions to the community.
There's plenty of options for restaurants, you can find everything from bbq to fine dining. Plenty of wineries within an easy drive of our hotel.

There were many quality restaurants nearby,was a very clean,friendly & welcoming town.Not many attractions or tourist activities to get excited about in this town.
Wasn't an issue as we had planned on visiting the Russian River & the Bodega Bay area & were using this hotel for its central location to these two areas.
Props to Mom's pies ... their apple turnovers,Apple pie,Peach pie & Pecan pie were all outstanding & will definitely return here when back in this area.

Healdsburg is a gem - lovely square, with an authentic feel of Sonoma county. Great shopping - clothing, antiques, art, books, decor - it is all here in lovely boutiques (no chains or big box stores). Healdsburg is easy to access and explore from as a base. It is great for walks, hikes, bike rides, shopping, dining - casual and deluxe. Arts scene is developing nicely with Jazz concerts, the new True West theatre, local music (the square concerts in summer are quite nice).

Windsor is a charming town!
Windsor is a charming town! Very close, literally 7-10 minutes away from Healdsburg. There are good cafes and restaurants. Plus a farmers market. We did a nice hike very close to the Hampton Inn. It felt very safe to drive from Healdsburg especially in the evenings after dinner and concerts.

I know the hotel well.
I know the hotel well. I was born and raised in Santa Rosa and it's a good hotel just not that good of a neighborhood. It's comfortable there, it's good for the money. Staff is friendly.

Wonderful restaurants, nice small independent shops and many local wineries. Easy to get around. Had great meals at Bravas Tapas, Troubadour for dinner, Cyrus in Geysterville and breakfast at Flaky Cream Donuts. Good pastries and bread at Quail and Condor.

This once-quaint city is littered with parking meters and aggressive ticketing. Charging our EV at City-owned stations was almost impossible as two out of three were broken and the third one was ADA parking only. The fourth one was old and slow. If staying in Santa Rosa, avoid the downtown area if you can. If driving an EV, avoid the level 2 chargers and using only the better (costly) DC fast ones. You'll have more time to enjoy.

This was our first visit to Healdsburg and we were delighted. The hotel stay was conveniently located so we were able to walk to the scheduled venues - dinner and holiday party. Managed to find a convenient parking space as well. We will be back.
