Staff friendly and let us check in an hour early. Atmosphere was so lovely. We had a big drive there so after we settled in went to the bar and bartender made us feel so welcomed. Big accolades to Vinnie the bartender because of him we stayed there for dinner. Great evening

The inside was beautiful and the pictures on Booking.com made it seem like a safe area to stay in with my children.we were evacuating our state for the night due to dangerous weather but after getting to the property and realizing the neighborhood was absolutely NOT a safe place to stay I would have rather stayed and taken a chance with the weather!!!not only that but once we made it inside and unloaded our groceries I then realized the fridge and freezer was messed up because it was completely HOT.we had to throw out almost $100 In ruined food because nobody ever came to fix it.then later on that night while giving my one year old a bath we hear GUNSHOTS about a block from us!!!after calling the property manager and letting her know she called the landlord who tried to say it was fireworks.it WAS NOT FIREWORKS!!a few minutes later we heard them again followed by sirens.im only putting this on here to inform other people because they deserve to know if their family will be safe at that property or not.please PLEASE do your research people!!look up FRENCHTOWN and the address of the house.it’s considered to be one of the worst areas in Tallahassee and they charge people entirely to much money to risk their lives.the pictures are deceiving on your website.how about posting pictures of the outside of the house and around the area.there’s a reason for that and when they took pics of the inside they made sure to stay at a distance so people can’t see the bars on the windows and doors.well I have pictures I took as we were leaving and I’m adding them to this review along with research of the area and crime rate.hopefully this will keep other people from going through what me and my children went through.

The location is good. However, the hotel is dirty.
The location is good. However, the hotel is dirty. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The decor is less than desirable, actually creepy and inappropriate. There were stains on the chair on the shade. There are no curtains on the windows. The staff were interesting. That’s being nice. The overall experience wasn’t good. I would never stay there again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I liked teh availability of and location from Major free way and Access to Main city but away from the City. Denny's Resturant and a Truck Stop like gas station is a major plus being extremely close by.

I came in November and the weather was just nice, blue skies and sunshine, 24 to 28 degrees. Lots to do and see. Cascades Park was good. I went to the Tallahassee Automobile Museum, which was a great afternoon. My daughter got married at 'The Retreat, at Bradley's Pond' which was the main reason for my stay as I'm from the UK, and the setting and location were amazing!!

I honestly can't find anything bad to say about the place it was centrally located it had everything I wanted around the area the staff including management were friendly and resourceful and they made you feel welcome here. I normally don't do this but where the mouth I think carries more weight and I'm going to be sure to tell everybody I know that's going anywhere that you will not find a better hotel for the price. I don't understand how I've been overlooking them all these years.

The location was very convenient to the interstate as well as to downtown. We were house hunting on both sides of the interstate, so the location was important to us. If anyone is looking for a great breakfast, the Lunch Box at Magnolia and Tennessee Streets is a gem!

I have never experience a more disgusting hotel than this one. My family and I checked in around midnight, tired just to face a super dirty place. You could tell right away they haven’t clean in a long time! How long? Well, the pot of coffee had moldy coffee in it! Do the math, how long does it take to get mold in coffee? Then on top of that the sofa bed did not have sheets, we had to improvise with what we had, that mattress was as disgusting as it can be. I could keep going writing about how dirty it was.

When I arrived in Tallahassee at the airport from Atlanta I was wheelchair bound and asked for transportation to the TLH “AC Hotel”’when I arrived they told me I was at the wrong AC hotel but the driver had already left me at the hotel so I stayed here instead of the “other” AC . I am afraid I was charged for two nights at BOTH
Hotels and request that the charge
If any to the first hotel be removed.
