Our room was great. I travel a lot and our room was comparable with some of the best I have stayed in. The beds were comfortable and we parked right outside our door, which is great for my mobility issues. It was SUPER quiet despite lots of people staying there. The views are nice from the windows and parking lot. Our towels were replenished while we were out, and the entire room was so clean. We felt very safe while we were there and the staff was very friendly. We have pinned this hotel on Maps for future stays!

As an over the road truck driver I have stayed in many hotels. I was very pleased with my room and stay. Clean room and everything worked perfectly. I will definately stay here again.

Kingsport was great they had plenty of places to eat we went to the Bristol race track to watch The cup race took my 91-year-old dead my 60 year old sister and I'm 71 so it was very good. We had a nice time except for the stay at the hotel

Went to the Bristol night race. easy to get in and out. The Harley Davidson shop there hooked my brother up with some poker chips as we couldn't make it there Saturday and they were closed Sunday. Thank you Brooke You ROCK!

The people here are wonderful. So nice and helpful. Easy to get around and enjoyed store's that we don't have in the north. Hit the ice cream places. Home made and yummy. Go to Bays Mountain Park. What a beautiful place and they have wolves, bobcats, birds and so much more.

Very nice, friendly atmosphere in general. We visited three restaurants while there and all the folks we encountered were very friendly and courteous. The City appeared clean and well kept. We traveled to and from Winged Deer Park, the Firehouse Restaurant and the Blue Moose Sports Bar, and felt safe everywhere. Really a nice town!

The room we booked had another person in it.
The room we booked had another person in it. The staff was helpful and gave us another room. The room had the heat off and it took hours to warm up. This was a night in the teens. The room was filthy. I checked the mattress and it was stained but it was comfortable. There was noise all night in the room above us. We would have left but it was so cold out and we weren’t familiar with the area. Never again will I try to save money on a room. We won’t discuss the bugs or leaving without taking a shower

Very nice town Johnson City, easy to get around with lots of Restraurants to choose from and shopping convenient. We ate at Pankcake house in Jonesborough great place to get breakfast staff very pleasant also ate at Maple Street Biscuit Company very good sausage biscuits. both of these Restraurants very good and would recommend.
