Unfortunately for the owner the trees on the side of the house were removed by the golf course. This did change the appearance as viewed on Booking. The owners did immediately make improvements for this change. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. I was able to use the heated spa daily which was great after golf.

What a great home for families! Lots of activities for kids and adults alike. Well-stocked kitchen. Nicely laid out living room, kitchen, and outdoor living areas. The pool, slide, and swing set were a huge hit! It's obvious that the owners care about their property and their renters. Rajeev is very responsive and easy to communicate with! We would return to the place and recommend to friends.

Extremely clean home. Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for the 6 of us. Great kitchen with all the cookware needed to make meals. The spa, shuffleboard, ping pong table kept the kids occupied when we were at the house. Owners very responsive to texts/emails. Best place we have stayed at in the desert in years!!!

The bed was amazing! For breakfast I enjoyed bacon and an egg white Southwest omelette. Literally the best bacon and omelette I have ever had at a hotel. Even my husband agreed and that is saying a lot!

The house was wonderful - it was extremely well appointed...
The house was wonderful - it was extremely well appointed with cutlery & crockery for inside and outside eating. There were lots of pots, pans, utensils, glasses, etc for serving big crowds. The linen was of high standard and beds very comfortable. I would bring your own corkscrew/waiters's friend - the one provided was useless and the electric one questionable. For non-American visitors - most local wine is corked and not screw top.
The pool & hot tub were perfect - heating worth the cost! We had to get someone out to explain how to heat pool & spa as it seems they can't run concurrently. No written instructions...perhaps something to provide next time?
I cannot praise the Vacasa Team enough for their impressive service and assistance - we had a few small problems and someone was on site within 4 hours - very impressive. We would come again. Thank you!

Really bad customer service was put in a room with no AC working with 115 temp outside it took 3 phone calls and 2 conversations with manager to get moved to another room after we had moved all our belongings had we had to move them back to the car and to our new room in 115 heat. No one checked to see if we were ok in the new room bad hospitality really bad. Bad sewer smell coming from shower I also woke up next morning at 5:30am to find big long worms in the bathroom areas so disgusting. Adobe restaurant had bad service my husband got meal he didn’t order after waiting 1 1/2 hours he just took it. No management at restaurant he was on vacation. Morgan’s good, too overpriced for portions very small don’t go hungry to that restaurant you will leave hungry and broke.

We didn't venture from the house except to the grocery store and Wendy's, both of which were close by. Our standard - on-the-way-home breakfast spot is The Broken Yolk Cafe and it was about 5 minutes away. The house is in a nice neighborhood - very quiet and well maintained.

Indio had everything we could wish for, from shops and restaurants to sporting facilities but particularly, a wonderful climate, with very little rain and lovely warm sunny days - we are retiring and intend spending as much time there as possible.

Room and facilities were clean. Most everything was functional, although there were a few minor things that were broken., The breakfast choices were very good (although the hardworking staff were a bit overwhelmed to keep the breakfast bar stocked during peak breakfast hours). The staff was fully competent, but were not overly outgoing or friendly.
What I Disliked · In order to use free WiFi, I had to agree to a Terms of Service that made me give up any privacy I had on my devices, including allowing full access to my phone and tablet. That was outrageous! I will not stay again at a Homewood Suite again until they give free WiFi without such privacy invasion. If they fix that, then rating would go to an 8. Price was high for what I got.

I really liked the area of the hotel.
I really liked the area of the hotel. It was affordable and cozy and also very clean. I enjoyed viewing the pictures in the hallways with my family. We also spent lots of time at the pool and it was relaxing. I’d come here again.

Indio is close to several other desert cities. It is somewhat poorer but has some fine places. One can stay there and save some money while being rfelatively close to the other towns in the area. IOn frecent years Indio has been improving. But the Super 8 seems to be deteriorating.

The place is lovely. The food is delicious. The sound of a toilet flushing all night was bothersome I was able to change to another room. Everything was perfect.
I have stayed here twice first time front desk service better they greeted me with champagne and asked if I wanted water this time during my 1/2 hr wait for the room it was not the case. I asked for water and got it. I suppose it just depends on the person in front what type of customer service they choose to give.

The pools and associated river and fun zones were clean, and we had a great time. The Carmocha restaurant was top notch, a little pricey but everything in this area is when it comes to dining. Staff was friendly and helpful.
But.... the check in experience was horrible. They hold $200 on your card and this is not included in booking.com or mentioned on their site anywhere. I had to use two cards because of this which led to more mistakes and drama at check out. My advice when traveling is call ahead no matter what, to ask about pricing and check in policies. The check in staff was a hot mess and not very friendly. The rest of our stay, staff was awesome.
