The house and the amenities were great. It was comfortable. It was clean found some dust, bunnies and stuff so it hadn’t been cleaned that day. When I even though the house and everything was great. I feel like the owner was more about the money than anything else I wouldn’t booked with him anymore

The manager couple is really kind and nice! At the last minutes my daughter decided to go with us (me and my wife), but we just reserved a queen bed room. He did us a favor, moving us to a bigger room with a sofa bed with no cost! Thanks!

Rio Grande is very convenient to many nearby areas including Cape May and Wildwood but you do have to drive everywhere. Rio Grande is convenient fir shopping and supplies but not as a final destination. I am very familiar with the area so I knew what I was doing. I stayed there because I needed a pet friendly hotel and not many choices in Wildwood or Cape May.

We were in Wildwood for a post season Music Weekend. There was one staff member occasionally there in the Vibes Hotel . No towel exchange over our 2 night stay. Lots of noise in the hall. Certainly not a soundproof door.
One nearby place for breakfast may require some waiting outside.
On a pretty warm day, a walk on the boardwalk is great. Beach activities are done for the year. A few stores on the boardwalk are having sellout sales. No food on the boardwalk.

I used to live in Cape May, it's my favorite place on Earth. The gorgeous architecture, the wild life, the beach, Washington Street Mall, The Restaurants, Beach Plum Farm, Cape May Zoo, The "maze" hiking trail in Cape May point near light house. Iconic Lobster House coffee shop and dock, North Cape May Ferry to Delaware, live music, jazz festivals, whale watching, the Wildwoods up the road for largest boardwalk and rides. Breaks my heart to leave it.

I like North Wildwood, it is more spread out than Wilwood and the Crest. I like to stay around 26th avenue because of Morey’s pier. I can walk on the boardwalk in either direction and find things to do.

Made a reservation. Paid for the reservation. Showed up and the room I reserved was not available. Don't understand this?? Will not ever go back since I can't count on a reservation and would not recommend to anyone who wishes to make plans.

Stunning Mid Century Modern Motels and fabulous neon signage .
Would recommend the Doo Wop experience museum. Its small but has wonderful original pieces and very knowlegable volunteers who have great stories of the Wildwood history in the 1950s/60s.
The Starlux and Caribbean motels are both great well preserved and maintained 1950s MCM motels both with great architecture and fixtures and fittings. Very walkable town, great beach and 2 great traditional family diners

Cape May was a vibrant, quaint, Victorian town with fabulous beaches, restaurants and hotels! We had dinner out at the Ebbitt Room and the Washington Inn. Both were phenomenal. Also amazing was brunch at the Mad Batter. Many of the restaurants were booked up on line but they did accept walk-ins too.
There is something for everyone. It is very safe and I will definitely go back to Cape May.
There isn’t a board walk in Cape May but there is one in the next town over which is a 8-10 minute drive away.
