Greg is amazing! He is very genuine and generous. He will give you good tips and Dien Bien Phu is more than just a stop, it is a very rich place in terms of nature and history, so stay more than one night! You can rent bikes here and they will also help to book future buses. Rooms are comfortable, hot water, and a breakfast place just next door to start the day! The receptionist, Son, is a very helpful young man as well!

Location is good for sightseeing and eating dinner and breakfast. Also, transfer service from/to the airport and the bus station with reasonable fee. I asked to send me to the bus station at 4:30AM, so they gladly provide it.

The location was central to my needs, surrounded by tasty, inexpensive food and the historic sites I’d traveled so far to see. The experience was made exceptional by the young female receptionist whose communication was stellar and assisted me with getting a motorbike driver to tour the surrounding area and transportation to my next destination. Because of her efforts I was able to fully maximize my time in Dien Bien Phu and achieve far more than I could have on my own. The room was beautiful with an amazing view and the most comfortable bed and best bathroom I’ve yet encountered in Vietnam. My stay was thoroughly enjoyable and exceeded my expectations.

Room 301: The room is huge, so is the bathroom. The location is great, right on one of the major roads with hotels, shops and restaurants. The balcony was great for drying the hand wash and for chilling in the evening, after the heat of the day. Good lighting. Good , strong shower. Friendly owner who also rented a scooter.

The host is incredibly helpful and friendly. He helped us a lot with finding bus and guides around the city. We're incredibly grateful for his hospitality. The room is cozy and adorable. The location is very easy to find, and right next to the central square. And even so, it's completely quiet at night. The facilities are quite new, and for such a price, it's relatively reasonable.
