Kathy was the absolute best host ever! She helped me with anything during my stay & more. I stayed 6 nights & she makes you feel like at home. She is around at any time to ask questions. The place itself is really clean, facilitys work amazing & the beds are comfy! Supermarket is just opposite side of the street & a bus to town costs 150VT. Would definetely come back here!

A perfect two-night stay! Location in the centre of town is excellent, close to.a supermarket (LCM) and ATMs. Room was spacious and tasteful with a fridge, kettle and safe deposit box. Bathroom also very nice with walk in shower and good quality toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel). The pool area is very nice. Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the adjoining The Tu restaurant is excellent. And the best thing is the hotel team: great communication beforehand to organise transfers and payments. And once at the hotel everyone was amazing! So warm, friendly and welcoming! I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. Special thanks to Devina and colleagues on the front desk for all the support before arrival and hospitality during the stay, and to Jacky and colleagues in the restaurant for the excellent breakfasts, lunches and dinners!

What a unique property. Nestled between the blue ocean and the jungle. In wild paradise while being in comfort. My teenagers loved the opportunity to wind down in nature (whilst also having access to top notch internet).

Ersline and John are exceptional hosts! Nothing was too much bother and they were so helpful and friendly offering to drop us off in town or to do a side trip. The facilities are spacious and spotlessly clean and have everything you need for self catering. Bed was really comfortable. The location is wonderful with really excellent snorkelling straight out from the Bungalow with great coral and tropical fish. It’s an easy three kms to town and there are plenty of rides.

Owners were very friendly and helped us with all of our needs and requests. They made staying on a remote island so easy helping us organise boat taxis and tour guides. They both have so much knowledge about santo!

Esline and John are wonderful hosts.

Esline and John are wonderful hosts. They are such lovely people, very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. Esline's communication before and during our stay was exceptional. She gave us a warm welcome at the airport and took us to Luganville to shop for groceries and to the bank and then was happy to drive us to another destination following our stay. Esline gave us tips on catching taxis to and from places, booked us into the Millenium Cave tour, and cooked a traditional dinner for us and another couple which was lovely. Every day we were met with a friendly hello and smiles from Esline, John, Lina, Esther and Regan [and their 2 friendly dogs]. Our room was exceptionally clean, tidy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self‑catering stay. It was beautifully decorated with flowers and shells, and plenty of reading material and tourist information. The villas are ideally suited for snorkelling right out the front and taking walks along the beach. Esline and John are developing a marine sanctuary and there was plenty of beautiful marine life to see. The location is ideal, just out of town with an easy 10-minute taxi to the shops, banks, Natangora Cafe, Attar Cafe and currency exchange, South Pacific War Museum and Mamas market. Getting around Luganville is easy, there are plenty of taxis to wave down. We loved everything about the villas. Thanks Esline and John, you made our first visit to Santo one that we will cherish always.

The location was superb, the use of kayaks and snorkeling...

The location was superb, the use of kayaks and snorkeling gear was free to use and our hosts very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Only complaint is that he bed was old and needs to be replaced.

If you are going to Santo, I would not advise to stay in...

If you are going to Santo, I would not advise to stay in Luganville but rather a resort on the East Coast. Not much happening in Luganville and not close to any of the attractions. If you want a rental car, book it early and preferably a 4WD as attractions are via dirt roads and lots of potholes.
