Janessa went out of her way to make our trip comfortable. She droves us into town, made us an excellent breakfast and recommended places to go. The accommodation was comfortable, very clean and just 5 minutes walk from the airport.
Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Port Villa

We were in Vanuatu for 4 days, the hotel is a perfect place to stay in Port Vila very close to the city center and the beach, the staff of the hotel is so kind and perfect they help you for everything.
The food of the breakfast is delicious and cooked by William so good. I wanted to thank the person again for his kindness :)

The buffet breakfast was overpriced, so we paid a la carte. The bacon was good.

We stayed at Mangos for a week and experience lots of what Port Villa has to offer. You can easily fill in a week with a day or two relaxing by the pool. 1. Hide Away Island and snorkeling, had a couple of cocktails and lunch at the bar. The ferry is free from the beach bar but you will need to catch a bus there. 2. The beach bar on Friday evening for dinner and the fire dance show which was amazing. Recommend booking a table even in the low season as this is very popular. They also do an acrobatics show on Sundays. 4. Jungle Zipline, suspension bridge and jungle swing is a fun afternoon. This requires a 4x4 to get to the top of the mountain so book the package. 5. The mother markets are where the locals sell their hand made crafts from cane fans, bags and purses to shell bracelets and hand painted sarongs. Support the locals. 6. Catch a bus around the Ring Road and stop at gorgeous beaches and villages along the way.
The locals are friendly and helpful and after the earth quake need all the tourism support we can offer. :-)

Moso is a large island and we only explored a small part of it on the western side. Great beaches for walking, swimming, diving. We never met other people while walking around the island.
A simple path leads to the other side of the island to an even more secluded beach.
On the western part of the island there is only one resort and no villages.

We spent 1 week in Port Vila and 1 week in Santos.
We spent 1 week in Port Vila and 1 week in Santos. It’s hard to describe, I think 1 week split between is enough time. Santo is lovely with less tourist hassle and more honesty. We found Port Vila tourist attractions to make up prices depending on who and how you arrived, which meant we felt gouged. 2/4 hotels we booked also had pools out of service. They didn’t tell us ahead so we could change plans which again felt crappy.
Beautiful beachside walk, clean streets, friendly people.
Most things are closed on weekends, so I couldn't experience a lot of things I'd have liked to. Streets are narrow, but people are generally patient and don't drive rashly, so felt safe.
There were free maps of attractions on Efate island in lots of public places. Due to just 2 days' time of my visit, i couldn't figure out public transport options or ways to hail a ride other than requesting the hotel. Some street signs/general tourist guidelines would be helpful.
