Gerda and her team are absolutely lovely. Staying here is the best part of travelling for work. It meets all my needs, they cater for my dietary requirements. You are met with a glass of sherry in your room. Rooms are stocked with refreshments and there is nothing you will need in addition. You can take a relaxing stroll around the estate after a hectic day.

We had just a drive through Kathu, due to business.
We had just a drive through Kathu, due to business. Had a bad experience with accommodation at first, but afterwards find accommodation at Kathu Inn, can recommend the place. Clean and tidy. Slept well and all good.

Very basic industrial town, not pretty at all.
Very basic industrial town, not pretty at all. There are some facilities and the town and gym, as well as malls have developed over time, but the cleanliness and general feeling of being safe in the town is not what you would expect from smaller remote towns.
