The studio apartment is perfectly furnished and is just a short walk to bars, restaurants, and the beach. There also is a bakery and a couple of mini markets just 5 minutes walk. It is a 15 minute walk into Vis via the scenic streets and waterfront. We loved staying here. Beautiful view of sunset back towards Vis from balcony. At the end of our stay we were dropped back to the port terminal with a 😃

Monika the host was amazing and was full of helpful information about what to do and see on the island. She also helped us book tours and let us leave our baggage safely stored while we waited for our ferry to leave. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The perfect stay!

The wonderful hotel is located in a small and beautiful ally only a few strides away from the boardwalk.
It is stylishly furnished, very clean, cozy and yet elegant.
We felt immediately comfortable as soon as we entered. We enjoyed our breakfast on the lovely and romantic terrace. There are plenty of choices.
I want to point out the owners especially. They are affectioned, courteous and run their establishment with passion.
The San Giorgio has lots of charm and is a marvelous place to spent a romantic vacation on Vis.
We certainly would like to come back.

The accommodations, was next by sea. The room didn’t have a view but there is an amazing rooftop with sun beds, coaches and dining table. The view is stunning especially in the evening. Sea amd stars view in one.
The room was very clean and good, bathrooms a bit small but very clean. The owner was very kind and helpful.
Already a friend of my is visiting the accommodations next week as I highly recommend it to everyone.
Its worthy for the money.

I could tell you about the splendid breakfast, every morning with a new surprise or I could tell you about Tatjana's kindness but I would miss the point.
What hit me was the Tatjana's attention to details. The decor of the room and of the shared place, the willingness to understand customer habits without words. It all speaks to Tatjana's love for her home and the drive toward a quality that is not superficial but rooted in hers way of life.

Clean, comfortable, light and airy, perfect for our 5 night stay. Plenty of pits & pans for self catering, although we did choose to eat out sone nights as the waterfront restaurants are within easy walking distance, Also 5 minutes from good beach for snorkelling etc. Owners were super helpful when we needed help to sort a problem with our car.

WHAT. AN. APARTMENT! Comfortable and spacious, and the view from the balcony was just stunning. The location is quiet, just a few minutes’ walk from the port. Beach isn’t too far away, nor are the supermarkets and bars/restaurants. Idyllic, and if I ever find myself on the island of Vis again I will absolutely be booking here again.

The island of Vis is truly very special, still largely untouched by mass tourism, which gives it a unique and authentic charm. Its beaches are fabulous, with crystal-clear waters and stunning landscapes, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Additionally, the island offers wonderful restaurants where you can taste local cuisine made with fresh and flavorful ingredients. Here, time seems to slow down, allowing you to savor every moment calmly. The people are very friendly and welcoming, always willing to share their culture and hospitality.

Lovely little fisherman village.
Lovely little fisherman village. Beautiful nature, pebble beaches, lots of cats and dogs all around, simple life and very relaxing place (in May). Cute old buildings and narrow streets. Good food in restaurants and at the market place.

When we arrived, we were greeted by the lovely host.
When we arrived, we were greeted by the lovely host. There was 2 beers in the fridge and some nuts which was a lovely add. It was clean and can’t fault the host or the room. However, the only thing to be made aware of is that the location is very far away from the port. It is a 20 minuet walk to the beach. A supermarket near by is mentioned however we were not able to find it. Luckily we had hired a car and were able to drive to others about 30 minuets away. There are 2 restaurants which are both lovely within walking distance but only sell fish related dishes. Would be perfect for a weekend away of peacefulness and to get away from others.

Vis is a great place to unplug and relax. The color of the ocean is mesmerizing and the streets of Vis town, Kut, and Komiza are fun to wander. We enjoyed a boat trip seeing the Blue Cave, Green Cave, and swimming at several beautiful beaches, although the water was still a bit chilly this time of year (on the plus side, the sites weren't crowded). Food and wines are fantastic, and there are so many great restaurants in Kut and Vis. If we'd had more time, we would have scheduled a wine tour as well.

Stunning part of the world.We did the hike over the hill to Beraski Beach location for a few scenes in The Mamma Mia 2 movie.Werll worth it as scenery unreal but not for those who struggle with incline or decline!!1.20hrs moderate paced walk there and back with the most beautiful crystal clear water to swim in and shady places to chill and have refreshments if you brought any!!Huge choice of great restaurants in Komiza and lots of excursions by boat to suit everyone’s budget.Food reasonable and wine delicious!!!

Very pretty island with some nice swimming areas, perfect for chilling. Ample cafés and bars however we found Hotel Issa to offer by far and away the best value for walk in meals
Good fun tracking down the Mama Mia locations.
Ferry times make it unworkable for a single day trip so you have to factor in 2 nights accommodation

Komiza is a lovely town with a great seaside getaway vibe.
Komiza is a lovely town with a great seaside getaway vibe. It's only 15 minutes from Vis Town and it's a bit more lively and definitely much more beautiful. They have the best tour operator on the island called Ames – a lovely couple who organise amazing boat trips round the island and cook exquisite food using locally sourced produce. Surprisingly, there are no ridiculously overpriced tourist traps and people are really lovely. Do yourself a favour and go there.
