All-Inclusive Stays in Cancún

The staff is super friendly at all times, and always willing to help you in any way. The installations are great, everything is very new and modern, huge spaces and even though we went during peak season (New Year's), the hotel never felt overcrowded. The food, even if it's not the most amazing ever, is pretty good considering it's an all-inclusive. All in all it was a great stay.

The restaurants are ALL amazing, no complaints about any food and there are options for everything, everywhere. Clean towels are available in multiple places around the hotel. The cleaness is unbeatable, All staff is lovely - no exceptions here. Activities and shows every single day. Beach is incredible, the water of the pools are crystal clear. Dolphins are soooo cuuuute, it's a life-time experience. the staff are really stick to their schedule with the activities, always cheering you up and the best to me: no loud parties late in the night after 1 am (perhaps even after 12 am), which means calm and relaxing nights to you so you wake up renewed for another day in paradise. Stayed for 4 nights at the pyramid tower with ocean view with my wife, and i wish i could have stayed for 7. Comfy beds, pillows, temperature and air conditioning and room service was flawless. definitely worth it staying at the Hyatt Ziva in Cancun.

Everything, 1st the staff 9all of them) were amazing from the moment we arrived, wonderful service, warms welcomes everyday , they made the trip special and enjoyable. All areas of the hotel were very nicely kept, very clean and comfortable. Food, all restaurants were excellent.

The facilities were a little dated but this November 2024 I understand will be updated over the next 18 months, but they where in Good working order and moderne. Great Mexico. Villa style. The room was wonderful but a sitting area rather than a whirlpool would be great in the Junior suit.

Property was beautiful and clean. Bars were stocked and staff was great!

The stay here was exceptional from a personalised check-in, to amazing dining options, attentive staff and daily activities. Food options and quality exceeded any all-inclusive standards. We want to give a special mention to Geraldine who was going above and beyond to make this an unforgettable stay. I was very pleased with our recent reservation through Booking.com for Temptation Resort in Cancun. The process was seamless, and upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find a dedicated check-in/check-out desk for Booking.com and Expedia guests. Odalys at the front desk was especially welcoming and made us feel genuinely appreciated. We even received a complimentary upgrade to their second-best room category, along with chocolates, a bottle of champagne, and a thoughtful banner across the bed thanking us for being Booking.com guests. It was clear that Temptation’s management values their partnership with Booking.com and goes the extra mile to show it. I’d also like to highlight the outstanding service we received throughout our stay. Arturo, our concierge, provided excellent support; Frank, our membership consultant, was professional and respectful; Jones, our server at Sutra, was wonderful; and Marco took great care of us two nights in a row at the Score sports bar. A few helpful tips for future guests: • Two restaurants, SHE and Sutra hibachi, require reservations. These can only be made in the lobby during a two-hour window each day and are valid for that same day. All other restaurants are walk-in. • Men will need closed-toe shoes for the upscale restaurants. • After check-in, you will be approached about the resort’s membership program. The staff is polite and will respect a “no,” but if you do attend a presentation, plan for about three hours total (despite being told it’s just one hour). This includes the tour, breakfast, and final business meeting. While the team was disappointed when we declined, they accepted our decision graciously. We declined because we were not sure if we wanted to go to this ‘type’ of adult resort on a regular basis. Another positive: check-out was smooth and transparent, with no hidden fees. The only additional charges were for a VIP table we had requested in advance, which we were fully aware of.
