The whole experience was amazing, the Ritz-Carlton lived up to our expectations. Natasha and Vinny decorated the room for our wedding anniversary, it was a such a lovely surprise!! Natasha showed a lot of thought and care with emails prior to our arrival, thank you so much for making our stay so special... The friendly restaurant staff served amazing food, particularly Patrick our waiter who was so very helpful. The concierge booked our day trip, and even gave us a framed photo to remember the day!!!! wonderful guy.

We loved it. We wanted to stay again but decided to try something else. We’d go back a million times

Because of this kindness and hospitality, I will come back exactly to your hotel. The bathroom is amazing, and the room is spacious, with amazing views of the Surabaya panorama. All the best recommendations. I think it is the best hotel in the whole Java!
