APA Hotel Kintetsu-Nara Ekimae is set in Nara, 1.3 km from Nara Station and 19 km from Iwafune Shrine. Featuring a restaurant, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. Great spot to stay in Nara. Hotel was clean, room was fairly standard sizing for the Japanese hotels. Location was great, near to lots of good places to eat and withing walking distance to the Kintetsu railway line as well as the nature park and temples. We really enjoyed our stay in Nara, and can recommend the APA hotel as a great place to stay while you visit.

Located in Osaka, within 200 metres of Hinode Minami Park and 200 metres of Shin-Osaka Marunouchi Building Annex, APA Hotel Shin Osaka Ekimae provides accommodation with a spa and wellness centre. It’s really close to Shin Osaka station, which it’s really helpful if you are taking big luggage! The room was kinda small, but comfortable and the room was pretty clean. I also loved the TV contents; they let you know when you have 10 min to do checkout, which I personally loved. They also have Japan etiquette videos (which some foreign tourists should really watch 😓)
