The complex is located close to the center (10 min. walk), at the end of the summer season it was very calm and silent. There are many parking slots around the complex - I think that it gets busy and more crowded in the winter-season. The apartment is not too big, but cozy - no dining table, though we did not miss it at all. The apartment was very clean. Communication with the host was easy and quick.
