An additional commendation goes to the staff, who are consistently engaged and attentive. Upon arrival, a member of the reception team personally greets guests and provides guidance on the apartment's features – as I mentioned, it is quite modern. Regarding the team, while interactions were infrequent, as is typical for an apart-hotel prioritizing privacy, every encounter was met with a smile (evident both visually and audibly). Even when certain requests could not be accommodated, all matters were resolved with remarkable ease and empathy. I will certainly be returning. C.
