It’s a great apartment hotel. You have everything you need. The quality is always spotless - when it comes to the design, the cleanness, the equipment, the bathroom. We stayed with the family for one night while in transit. The boarding house is located only 4-5 min drive from A3 between Regensburg-Passau.
Rooms were spotless clean. Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, free and secure parking, very friendly and helpful staff.
Self check-in went perfectly well..
Certainly, this is the accommodation to use again.

Self catering. Nice clean and comfy modern apartment, about 8 minute pleasant walk from U2 station to central station, could change to S bahn after 1 stop for quicker journey

This is my second visit to Adina Apartment Hotel Munich.
1- Fast check-in / check-out
2- Reception staff were friendly and supportive
3- The location since the metro station and some restaurants near the hotel
4- Comfortable bed and clean room
5- Breakfast buffet was good
6- The air-condition is good.

It was my first stay in a "self-check in apart hotel." I stopped overnight while traveling on my motorbike. The access to the hotel was as described in the mail. Spacious, very quiet room and bathroom, wide and comfortable bed. Trip to the centre of Nurnberg only takes 15-20 minutes via U-Bahn.
There is a supermarket opposite to the hotel entrance. Tee coffee and cups are available in the room. One can have a bring-your-own-breakfast or dinner in the room with no problem.

This property advertised itself as an aparthotel. This is misleading and descriptive. It is entirely an apartment with NO hotel facilities. I will report this to Bookings.com.

Spent 3 days at Aparthotel. Appartment had all necessary to stay including linnen and towels. Location was clean, easy accessible and central in Munich. Great as a starting point for all things to do. Was quiet with little noise from the streets. All in all it provided what it was supposed to namely to provide sleeping place during visits without too much comfort.

The accommodation is easy to find. Breakfast is not available at the boarding house. There was a kitchenette but didn't use it. It's a bit of a walk from the centre & train station but compensated by the cheaper price. It was a little complicated to get in but the instructions are there on the door if one looks properly! Good places for coffee or tea in the town centre.
