It’s such a pleasure to stay in places like this. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures: immaculately clean, modern, luxurious, and fully furnished, with a very well equipped kitchen. It is extremely comfortable, with an amazing mattress, clean furnitures. It truly feels like a peaceful haven. The team is pleasant and extremely responsive, with a well monitored WhatsApp group that makes communication easy and efficient. I was initially concerned by the absence of responses before arrival, as my messages were not answered on either Booking.com or WhatsApp. But that part is handled by the sales team. The onsite team offers a completely different experience. They are absolute gems. The area is clean, secure, and very pleasant to live in. I highly recommend this place. It is a rare find, especially in Cairo, where hospitality is often inconsistent or not well understood in the industry. A few small things that could elevate the experience even more: - A hood for cooking smells. In winter, windows need to be opened, which is minor since Cairo is warm most of the time. - Closing the bathroom space, as water splashes everywhere due to its openness. - A towel holder next to the sink. - Satellite TV with local channels. This is quite standard in Cairo, so I was surprised to only have a regular TV for personal Netflix use. I’ve found my go to accommodation in Cairo. Just consider the distance if you plan to spend most of your time in Giza or 6th of October, as they are on the opposite side. If, like me, you prioritize comfort and peace of mind and are not overly sensitive to distance, this is absolutely the place to stay. Trust me, I’ve tried others. The previous one lacked basic necessities like hot water and proper water pressure, with a stressful and dishonest host. Here, everything works.

Location & First Impressions: The tower’s location is ideal. Situated in a prestigious and accessible area, it offers the perfect balance between vibrant city life and serene tranquility. The building itself is a landmark of modern architecture, and the lobby is stunning—spacious, elegantly designed, and always with a refreshing, welcoming ambiance. The Apartment: My apartment was absolutely magnificent. It was incredibly spacious, flooded with natural light, and offered breathtaking panoramic views of Cairo. The floor-to-ceiling windows were a highlight, especially at sunrise and sunset. The interior design was contemporary and luxurious, with high-quality furniture, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, and a very comfortable bed with premium linens. Attention to detail was evident everywhere, from the tasteful decor to the excellent soundproofing that ensured a peaceful retreat from the city buzz. Amenities & Facilities: The facilities at Elegance Tower are top-tier. The swimming pool is a pristine oasis on the rooftop, with stunning views. The fully-equipped gym allowed me to maintain my routine effortlessly. The 24/7 security and concierge services were outstanding—the staff were always professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to assist with everything from restaurant recommendations to arranging transportation. It truly felt secure and hassle-free. Staff & Service: This is where Elegance Tower truly shines. The entire team, from the management to the housekeeping and security personnel, was exemplary. They were exceptionally polite, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring a perfect stay. Requests were handled promptly and efficiently, always with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel not just like a resident, but a valued guest.

Each of them are a huge asset to The 250 and every reason why I would return. I can’t say enough, stepping foot into this immaculate boutique B&B-like “escape”, put me at ease during my 72 hour stay in Egypt. This hideaway is soothing to the mind and to the ears. Sophisticated choice of music that subtly played in the reception was music to my ears. The room was impeccable, cozy, super quiet and well decorated. The bed was super comfy and pillows were just right :) LOVE IT!

I highly recommend this place! It's located in downtown, and we truly enjoyed our stay.
