The welcome from the reception was kind, warm and efficient. I had asked for a high floor and a city view, first visit to Jakarta, and that is what my daughter and I got, without upgrading. It was marvellous out on the balcony watching the evening lights. The bedding was crisp, white and wonderful the pillows were great and they sent up more when we asked. Our flight was delayed the next morning so we had the entire morning there: the breakfast buffet was amazing. It was so good to have fresh green salad, chicken and veg soup, stir fry vegetables, chicken done traditionally, and poached egg as well. The avocado toast was disappointing though….sweet somehow. It was good to have cutlery, dishes, though we didn’t really use them except for the kettle to make our tea in the mugs.

The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access everything I needed. The staff were exceptional – always friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and offered everything I could ask for. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The inside of the hotel is lovely decorated. The room was very spacious with a small kitchen and nice bathroom. Very comfortable and clean. The swimming pool area is very quiet and relaxing. A hotel that makes you feel at home.

Terletak di Jakarta, 15-minit berjalan kaki dari Pusat Membeli-belah Pondok Indah dan 6.3km dari Plaza Senayan, Dwijaya House of Pakubuwono mempunyai penginapan dengan WiFi percuma, taman dengan... Exceptionally clean. Good kitchen equipment. I was upgraded to the executive suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen included knives, silverware, an electric conductive stovetop, a microwave, an electric kettle, a refrigerator and freezer combo, a water cooler and dispenser, some kitchen tools like spatulas, some pans and pots which appeared to be stainless steel, a cutting board, a sink, and a sponge. There were also two laundry washers and dryers in a spare room which were usually available for use for free. (If you pay the staff to wash and dry your clothes it is per item and fairly expensive). The only negative I can think of is that the knives were very dull, but this was remedied by purchasing my own knives at Ace Hardware for use during my stay. If you need or want to be able to cook your own food, this is a good hotel to use as long as you select a room with a stovetop.

Spacious room, also the room amenities and kitchen equipment are complete and very well thought supplies. They even provide the laundry detergent. Loved the coffee pods every day! Also the bar open till late, near the smoking area. There’s a famous nasi padang and supermarket just across the hotel. Near Galaxy Mall. Most of all, the level of service and the staff, impressive! Thought Bali is the best, till I experience staying in Surabaya, particularly in Oakwood Hotel. Well done everyone!

Fraser Residence Menteng Jakarta terletak di lokasi yang strategik di Jakarta Pusat. Ia menawarkan sebuah kolam renang luaran serta bilik wap dan kemudahan sauna. Was nice long stay at Fraser residence with family. Bed really comfortable, Aircon work perfectly fine. My kids like the pool. Food at the restaurant was nice (We ordered for room service, dunno about the breakfast since we never had breakfast there) All the staff friendly. I left my items there but luckily they found it . Thanks to the staff for it. I might consider to stay here again.
