Set in the centre of Parma, Palais Bernadette offers rooms with free WiFi. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel has family rooms. This apartment was well designed. While small, there was everything I needed including a small fridge and a place to put my bag. The bathroom was at the top of a spiral staircase, but within the room, and was spacious and attractive. Although quite dark the lack of direct sunlight was a real bonus in the hot weather as was the air conditioning. Great lift/elevator and a short walk to the sights and train station. The best thing though was the owner Alfredo who was so kind and helpful.
