Learning how to enter and exit the facility was easy and modern. It made the place feel safer. The living room/dining room/common area was comfortable and beautiful with much information to learn more about Parma. The bed was very comfortable. Despite access closures on one side of the train station and having to go the long way around, it’s still very close to the train station. The owner is delightful. The morning breakfast is great. I even like the details of the decor and plants surrounding the freight elevator. Eco-friendly and aesthetic, affordable… it provided me very good value for my short stay in Parma.

Suites and apartments feature a kitchenette. Incredible location, literally next to the Baptisterium. Despite the restricted access, easy to reach and staff were very accommodating to allow us to park inside the courtyard. Rooms are historic, large and utterly charming. Ours came with a little kitchenette, which was a nice plus point. Will absolutely stay here again.

We were only there for 1 night but were very satisfied with its location and price! The bed was amazing, the shower so big, and the gated parking area was very reasonable! The staff could barely speak English, although they were very welcoming!
