The property is perfectly situated a short block from the beach. There are a number of beach clubs along the coast that are all walkable, but I highly recommend the beach club and restaurant that has the same owners, bagnotessi 86. It is a 5 minute walk. Many regulars and locals are there. The room was very comfortable for our family of 4 (2 adults and 5 and 2 year old). We had a cute balcony off the street. The location is all new and very clean. The bathroom and shower were very pretty. Both Denis and Maria Angela work really hard to create an experience. We were there for 3 days and we felt so welcomed. Mary Angela is very warm. When we arrived, she showed us how easy it was to get to the beach. After spending some time in the sea, we were greeted by Denis with yummy sparkling wine and he chatted with us as our kids jumped on the trampoline and played on the swingset. It was a fantastic stay in Cesenatico.

Featuring an infinity pool and views of sea, Rex Residence Hotel is a recently renovated aparthotel set in Cattolica, a few steps from Cattolica Beach. The location of the hotel was perfect, easy reach to beach, restaurants and shops, perfect location. The breakfast was decent amount and the pastries were fabulous. Looked forward to taste the pastries every morning. Absolutely delicious. The swimming pool, perfect, the patio had plenty of space and nice looking furniture. The rooms had everything necessary to cook and have a pleasant stay. The air-conditioning system was very useful. Still can't get over the view from the balcony, stunning.

Location is close to be perfect - just 200 m from the sea. The apartment is big enough for a couple with a small kid. The kitchen is nicely equipped. Lot`s of good restaurants nearby.

It was nice to stay in the apartment during this work week and return in the evening to have dinner in the residence's restaurant. Mr. Fabrizio and his staff are very friendly and helpful
