The property was really cozy and well located. Besides, the owners are incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our room was huge in comparison with other japan hotels and all the amenities were perfect. An amazing touch is the tourist recommendations they have in each room.

It was such a lovely stay, the host was amazing. She welcomed us and helped us make a dinner reservation as well. The apartment is spacious and clean and has everything that's needed. Location is perfect and it also has a parking spot next to the house. Recommending everyone to stay here

Really beautiful apartment in a convenient location quite close to Hiroshima station. Wish I could have stayed longer as I really enjoyed my stay here. I also had some delicious food from Teppanyasun around the corner.. there's also a 7-eleven a few mins down the road which is brilliant. The apartment itself was very clean and the Aircon worked perfect, couldn't fault the apartment at all. The check-in process was a little confusing but I think that was mainly my fault for not reading the information thoroughly enough before arriving. Overall, great place to stay and would highly recommend :)

Set in Hiroshima, 1.5 km from Aeon Mall Hiroshima-Fuchu, GRAND BASE Hiroshima Ekimae offers rooms with air conditioning and free WiFi. This 3-star aparthotel offers a lift and full-day security. Great size room for the price and a great location as well -- about 5 minutes walk from Hiroshima Station. Left my airpods at the hotel and the customer representative Suzuki went above and beyond to help ship them to our place in Osaka where we were leaving the next day. When I couldn't contact the delivery driver, she called them for us to arrange for the driver to go back to the delivery location. Appreciate her help greatly and would definitely recommend just based off the interaction alone :)
