Molt bona ubicació, al costat de l’estació de Namba i a poca distància a peu del barri de Dotonboru. Les habitacions molt netes i espaioses amb tota mena de detalls. Rentadora / secadora/ sabó. L’esmorzar molta varietat i molt bo. Sóc vegetariana i cada dia m’han preparat uns plats extra per esmorzar molt bons. Tot el personal molt atent i amable. Molt recomanable. Ambient molt tranquil.

No hi tornaré mai, a un hotel d’aquesta cadena. L’habitació és àmplia, bonica i ben equipada, però no es poden obrir les finestres ni ventilar. Això genera claustrofòbia i un aire viciat. Un dia vam deixar els panells d’ocultació de les finestres, que havíem obert per tenir una mica més de llum natural, i ens van enviar un mai dient que no ho féssim més! Els vidres són glaçats i no es veu l’exterior. És verdaderament angoixant.

El tracte del propietari ha sigut excel·lent, molt atent i respostes molt ràpides per missatges. El barri és molt tranquil i l'entorn agradable. A 10 minuts de l'estació de tren i de metro de Tengachaya. Té un 7-Eleven molt aprop. Fàcil d'arribar desde l'aeroport.
