Staff is an absolute blessing (especially Mr. Mahmoud). The housekeeping staff are very pleasant. The room was received very clean, and they constantly kept it shiny. Mr. Joe, the owner of the hotel, agreed to extend my stay until very late due to complications with my flight and asked for no further charges! Honestly, I never had such a good experience in a hotel in 4 different countries. Will definitely be coming back here for every Beirut trip.
