The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. Espresso machine worked well - more capsules available at the supermarket across the road. Bathroom well stocked with hand wash and lotion, shampoo/body wash and conditioner. Loved having the washing machine - there was a drying rack and things dried quickly overnight. Bed was very comfy and so was the couch in the living room. Easy to cast from your phone to the TV for apps like Youtube and I believe there was also Netflix. Lovely view of the Bragernes church tower from the window (I was on the top floor). Elin provided quick assistance when asked via the Bookings.com app. Easy to get into the building with the app (download Upkey before your stay....instructions to do this came while I was travelling and it was difficult to download on the move) or a provided keycard and into the apartment with a short number. Short walk over the bridge to the train station - note there is an elevator on the train station side but you have to look for it behind the staircase, and no stairs on the hotel side of the river. Wifi worked very well, in fact better than the office I was working at during the week. Coworker had an even nicer room across the hall from me.

Our experience was wonderful. The room was very clean, stylish, and surprisingly spacious for two people. Everything felt comfortable and well designed. The service, temperature, and attention to detail were excellent. From the bathrobes to the hair dryer, everything was thoughtfully chosen, and the shower gel and shampoo smelled great :) The fully digital system for room access and entry was very convenient and easy to use. Occasionally, small technical issues can occur, and it may be a bit challenging for guests who are not very comfortable with technology. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend.

Very central and close to the train station. We arrived early to keep our bags but were positively surprised to get early check-in. Room had all the amenities we were looking for. Overall a very good stay.
