The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless clean! They kept our luggage while we had our 4 day jungle experience, and were kind to arrange a rapid laundry service on our late evening return so we could continue our journey. Breakfast was simple but very nice. I could use a slightly stronger water pressure in the shower, but other than that we had a very good experience with this hotel.

Our host Guillermo was helpful from the get-go. He made sure we understood the fair rate for transportation, made calls for booking a boat to Leticia. Asked a carpenter to stop working - it was loud- when we arrived back to our room. We didn't make this request, he just did it. He allowed us to check out late with a very very small fee. Instructed the moto-taxi driver to help us with our bags at the port. So kind and joyful, always smiling.
