New, clean, friendly and professional staff, quiet, beautiful. We were happy to extend our stay! Felt well thought out so I never had those minor thoughts like oh I wish there was a hook there or a plug here. Had everything I personally could want. Pool is impressive and cleaned daily I believe. You could do actual laps in it and it’s gets afternoon shade which is truly pleasant. Great having the option to make your morning coffee and keep some things in the fridge. There’s no food available directly on site but rooms equipped with enough to make yourself something simple if you wanted or endless restaurants within short tuktuk distance

One of the best Avida units I’ve stayed in. Great location across from sugbo mercado. Has all the kitchen essentials plus refrigerator and microwave. Internet was fast and the tv was big. Reminded me of my apartment back in California.
